Very nice hotel located in a convenient area of Wulingyuan. About 20-30 minutes walk from the national park entrance and close to many restaurants and shops. The room was beautiful and has many good amenities, including a nice bath and bowl of fruit. Everything was clean and they were very friendly and helpful! This stay is highly recommended!

Nice hotel. The room is not as beautiful as in the pictures, but big and nice. The river view is only at the corner of a window, the real view is on the neighboring building, so we kept the windows closed all the time. The stuff is super! Nice and helpful, great service!

The hotel was as advertised, it was clean and beautiful. The view was nice, located by a stream. It was conveniently located close to the entrance of the national forest park. There are many restaurants, bakeries and convenience stores located around the hotel so food was not a worry. The owner was very nice and friendly, planned our ZJJ trip for us! We did not have much planning, he tailored our trips for us and booked our tickets for us (cable cars, buses, lift and tram ride). It is also to DiDi in ZJJ which make travelling between places very convenient. It was a very cosy and comfortable stay. ❤️

It is a small hotel. They provide a limited number of food to order for breakfast. Almost like a bed-and-breakfast place. Overall, it was a nice place to stay as long as you do not need their transportation service. The driver charged 120 CNY to the airport. The owner decided to send us instead of the driver. When we arrived at the airport, he charged 200 CNY. This hotel is about a 5-minute drive / 35 minutes walk to the entrance to the Zhangjiajie's Avatar / floating mountains. It is about 50 minute drive from the Tianmen Heaven's Gate. I recommend staying at the Zhangjiajiw's center (10-15 minutes drive to Tianmen Heaven's Gate). Pros: A bidet is available in the bathroom. The decor is lovely. The location is convenient to the main road with restaurants and many other stores. Cons: There was no place to hang the used towel if you plan to use it again. There is no place to put soap in the bathroom other than on the window sill. Also, it only gives one small bottle of soap to use for the sink and the shower. It has mosquitoes in the room. If you need to use the bathtub, please make sure to clean it yourself again before use. It was not very clean. No English-speaking staff.

The service was friendly and helpful when we arrived. The room was very nice. The breakfast was not good. Also, we heard some kind of animals in the ceiling.

The location of the hotel is absolutely the best, in the center of the city and by the river, quiet in the bustling city. It only takes 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to the East Gate. The staff was very enthusiastic to help us, the tourist information was very accurate and detailed, and the key was that they also gave us 2 tickets to Tianmen Mountain, which was super cost-effective. I will definitely come again if I have the chance. The room I stayed in also had a good view, and it was clean, quiet and comfortable. I will firmly choose Muzitang again!

The boss and the front desk lady were very enthusiastic. They explained the tourist route to us in detail and patiently. It was very helpful for me. The supporting facilities were complete, including a bathtub, smart toilet, projector, umbrella, hand sanitizer, sandals, and cloth slippers. They were really considerate and attentive. They also gave us Tianmen Mountain tickets, fruits, and pick-up at the station. It was a super 5-star rating.

The room is very big and clean. I like the washing and bathing. The toilet is completely separated into dry and wet areas so they don't interfere with each other. It's very close to the East Gate and only takes 15 minutes to walk along the river. The boss is very nice and knows a lot about tea. There are many old teas to drink. He also gave us fruits and tickets to Tianmen Mountain. This is the coolest thing.

When looking online for hotels in Zhangjiajie, most people choose to stay at the East Gate. There are many scenic spots near the East Gate, including Forest Park, Tianzi Mountain, Shili Art Gallery, Yuanjiaxing, Grand Canyon Glass Bridge, Huanglong Cave, and Baofeng Lake. The East Gate is also lively, with everything you need to eat and play. The Muzitang I chose is right by the river in the core area. It is decorated in pure solid wood and is comfortable. The hotel offers free airport pick-up, which is very user-friendly. It takes more than an hour to get from the airport to the East Gate. Because it also comes with 2 tickets to Tianmen Mountain, we only bought the children's tickets, which is really cost-effective. Thanks to the boss for the itinerary planning, which is extremely detailed.

The B&B has a good location, good rooms, even better people, and it's comfortable and relaxing. You can also drink the tea that the owner has privately collected for decades. It's really worth it 😊😊😊. What's more commendable is that the B&B gave away 2 tickets to Tianmen Mountain. I hadn't originally planned to go to Tianmen Mountain, but after seeing Tianmen Mountain, the trip to Zhangjiajie was worthwhile, although I still stayed in Zhangjiajie city for one night in the end.

The B&B is near the East Gate, by the river, with a parking lot in front of the door. I booked it ten days in advance. The boss gave me a ticket for Tianmen Mountain Line A, otherwise I would only have Line C. He also helped us plan other routes. The tickets I bought were cheaper than those online. I really like it. The lady at the front desk said it is more beautiful in winter. I will definitely come again in winter.

This is probably the most cost-effective B&B I've ever stayed in. The airport pick-up is free, and it's almost 12 o'clock in the evening. What I can't believe is that they even gave me 2 tickets to Tianmen Mountain. It would cost nearly 600 yuan to buy them by myself, which is such a good deal. The B&B service is also great and responsive. The boss personally planned the itinerary for us. We visited the forest park in Wulingyuan for two days, and Tianmen Mountain on the last day. We took the high-speed rail to Fenghuang. The arrangement was extremely reasonable. I wish the boss a prosperous business!
