“Unbeatable Views and Exceptional Service!” This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The view was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to it every morning was a highlight of my trip. Whether it was from my room or the common areas, the scenery was stunning and added so much to the experience. The value for what you get is incredible. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the amenities felt luxurious for the price. What truly set this hotel apart was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special. A great hotel with friendly and helpful staff and good rooms. The afternoon tea was lovely and the view from the dining/open area was great. The laundry service was very helpful. We stayed in one of the "sunshine rooms" that apparently had a mountain view, unfortunately it didn't. The carpet of the room was also rather dirty/stained. Other than that, it was a great stay!

I loved my stay at this hotel. The service of the staff is excellent. Even though I don‘t speak Chinese we were able to communicate with each other with my translation app. They also helped me with figuring out where to go to see the Avatar Mountains and Tianmen Mountain. The breakfast is a combination of buffet style with a meal. It was very delicious and the view from the breakfast area is breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable and cozy with the pillows.

Great hotel at a convenient location with super friendly staff and amazing set meal for breakfast. Enjoyed our brief stay in Zhangjiajie a lot. The price was also very reasonable.

A very perfect journey. The hotel staff was very nice. They took the initiative to help us store our luggage and helped us take a taxi to the high-speed rail station. It was great. The room was also very comfortable. They made rice noodles for us for breakfast. It was delicious. I recommend it.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to attractions such as the Seventy-two Wonders Towers, Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The hotel environment is very good, the room has a wide view, is clean and tidy, and has complete facilities. The breakfast is also very rich, the freshly cooked rice noodles are also very delicious, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and there are many restaurants around, the taste is also good. Overall, I am very satisfied, I will recommend my family and friends to stay in this hotel when traveling to Zhangjiajie.
