The hotel has a convenient location. Close to Tianmen Mountain. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. Recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff. Cozy and spacey room. Clean interior and all the necessary equipment is included. On the 17th floor they have a small gym and a laundry section and a little sunny patio. Various meals are provided on breakfast. Great experience overall.

We are a family from Indonesia, a family of five people. We stayed in 2 rooms for two nights. The location was near TIAN SHAN MEN (Heavenly Gate) Cable way station in Zhangjiajie downtown. About 800-900m, a walking distance. If you prefer riding a taxi/Didi, the fare was about CNY 10 or less. The hotel was very clean, modern, well maintained. We felt like it was a new hotel. The front desk reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the FREE pick up service from /and to the Zhangjiajie West station. The breakfast package was also very good. Good job QIAN hotel. LUAR BIASA!

The hotel is very good. The staff is really nice and friendly. The amenities in the room were also good and good quality. The room itself was really cosy and nice.

Great location, within walking distance to Tianmen Cableway. Plus less than 10 minutes to 72 Wonders Tower. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel to choose from. Definitely a recommendation. The last picture is the view from room 1111, which they said was supposed to be mountain view 😩.

Nice room as per expectation. Made the booking just a day prior and check in was smooth. Room comes with a free drop off which was arranged swiftly for me.

PERFECT! This is the best hotel! The rooms and big and clean. The hallways are quiet and they always smell good. There are English movies available to watch on the TV. There is a laundry room to use for free on the rooftop with a beautiful view. The staff are so friendly and we even arranged a free airport drop off (must be arranged in advance). The breakfast is Chinese style but there are so many options and all are delicious. Also free snacks every day. The location is also good and walking distance to the Mountain Cableway Station. There are also many places to eat nearby and a convenience store across the street. I LOVED this hotel!!!

I really like this hotel, easy check-in, was given a room but smelled of cigarettes, and texted the receptionist via wechat and gave me a few options and to see if I like the room. The exchange room was good, no smell. Good amenities, refreshments and the staff are all really friendly. I like the decor in the room, simple, but makes you feel calm. Tv channels are good. Also you can use the laundry for free and there are drying racks which is a bonus as you will be sweating every day. I go often to the rooftop to have my dinner bought from outside. Definitely recommend and will stay again. The only down side is, there is no mini fridge.

Great hotel. Close to attraction in the town use about 5 yuan to tianmensah, zhanjiejia national park 70 yuan . Good service have free drive to station.the room is very clean and no smell of smoking. Very recommend.

This is an excellent hotel. The quality of the rooms, the upkeep of the rooms has far exceeded my expectations. The service attitude of the staff also deserves mention - they are helpful, genuine and accommodating. The breakfast was acceptable; however it would be nice to see a wider spread. Overall, this hotel is well worth staying at. I recommend it.

Ver nice hotel and close to tianmen Mountain

Location - though it’s slightly off the center, there are nice restaurants & convenient stores just 100m by foot. The cable car station to TianMen Shan is hustling 1km away just hail a taxi costs only RMB6 so cheap no point walking lol .. Rooms - very spacious, bright & clean. Aircon is strong so comforting for the warm weather. We love the shower, powerful! Breakfast was very mediocre, not enough seats may need to share table. Foods were mainly local we didn’t enjoy. The dumpling & wanton in a small eatery just next to hotel is much better! The weather up in the mountains is usually wet do prepare raincoats & brolly.
