The host was very kind and helpful and speaks English. He helped us get tickets for tianmen mountains and hallelujah mountains. He gave us directions on how to get there and even got us taxis. He took us on our way back to the airport. There was free water at the hotel. It is close to the airport. I would definitely recommend 10/10

The hotel is clean, comfortable and very close to the Tianmenshan /Heaven‘s gate cable station and close to the railway and bus station. We received a room upgrade and the staff helped us with everything, trip recommendations and more. We highly recommend!

We lived in this hotel with friends for five days, and everything was wonderful! The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Every time we needed something, they helped us quickly. The rooms are neat, clean, there is free water. The air conditioners also work well and heat up quickly.☺️ The location of the hotel is also very good, close to the city's attractions, as well as close to the cable cars for the ascent to Tianmen Mountain. Also at the reception the man could speak English, so this simplified communication. He recommended interesting places to visit, and also helped us get cheaper tickets for some attractions! My friends and I were very pleased, as the location-price-service ratio was excellent! I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was very pleasant I will definitely come back again . The room was clean and the staff helped me plan my itinerary . The gentlemen host could speak English well and was able to cater to all my needs . The location is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car and bus station and it’s convenient to walk there . I enjoyed my stay !

Rooms are neat and night shop in front of the hotel . Name in the trip.com and real name in the board are different. When I search in the map it show different place. My DIDI drive go to hotel and enquiry about and Mr.Lee Happy welcome me. Price changes 50% from I booked . You can stay with family so safe. I love it . I do install biadu map to search correct location.

The host and his mother were amazing! Very friendly and kind. The hotel is pretty new and nearby the central busstation. From the hotel just 10 minutes by taxi. We will stay again if we can comeback. We recommend the hotel! He also helped us to book a taxi early in the morning.

This hotel is very simple but has everything you need. Great value for money. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. It is in a good location if you want to visit Tianmenshan and there are many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again!

Nice place to stay. Very clean and cozy. Near the cable car station and airport. Lots of restaurants around. Highly recommended. Mr. Lee is very friendly and helpful. He helped me to plan my visit to Tianmen Mountain. I’ll come back again.

Great service, the host organised taxis, trips, and also gave great advice for COVID testing sites.

The room is clean and sanitary, with a fashionable and novel design. The furniture is all logs and very textured. The boss is very good at service. He planned a good route for us and booked discounted tickets, which avoided many detours to tourist attractions. The hotel is in a very good location and is very convenient to every attraction in Zhangjiajie. We always stay in this hotel when we come to Zhangjiajie, so we don't have to move around.

The Tianmen Mountain Cableway is next to the hotel, and free parking is available. We walked there. There are direct buses to the Forest Park and the Grand Canyon hotel entrance, which is very convenient. The room is very clean and the bathroom has no odor. There are many choices for food, accommodation and transportation nearby. It is also very close to shopping and the 72 Wonders Tower for night view. It is very convenient to live here!

I spent a long time looking online before I found this hotel. It's not big, but very exquisite, with free parking. The owner told us how to play and helped us book discounted tickets. The room was also very good, clean and hygienic, with separate wet and dry toilets. There's a strong smell of fireworks next to it, and it's very close to eating, drinking and having fun. The Tianmen Mountain Cableway is right next to it, and the 72 Wonderful Towers are only a few kilometers away. In short, it's a good choice to stay here when visiting the scenic area.
