房間可以、又大，衞生也很好，服務好，因為長者不舒服、延長了3個小時退房，老闆不收任何費用，真的很温馨，我不喜歡點評，第一次來、值得推薦大家去，如果帶長者小孩去森林公園、可以先天子山、再袁家界、再百龍天梯、可以避開排隊

自駕遊選這裏很合適，有大院子可以停車，雖然距離東門有3公里，不過自駕就不算什麼了，旁邊就是寶峯湖遊客中心。裝修很新很乾凈，房間特別寬敞，樓頂天台視野超好。服務也很不錯，攻略路線，優惠門票，吃飯餐廳推薦，都很棒！！！這是個康養中心，衞生間裏有適合長者用的扶手，房間還有小冰箱，頂樓有洗衣機，還可以晾曬，配置很齊全。

Room was very nice. It has a wet bathroom. Snacks and drinks were provided. Two separate sleeping rooms with good AC.
The outside was an ongoing construction site but that did not affect our stay too much.

非常愉快的一次自駕遊旅行！5年前跟團來張家界遊玩過一次，非常糟心，各種的被坑，旅行社住的酒店臟亂差，也沒有觀看到什麼印象深刻的景點，錢倒是花不少，而且還一路吵架，體驗感極差。這次正好兒子畢業想出來張家界玩玩，所以就攜程上訂了仙蹤林酒店自由行，訂的是兩室一廳的套房，有兩個獨立帶衞生間的大床房間，和一個寬敞帶沙發電視機的客廳，還有一個廚房，房間都是新裝修過的，乾淨整潔漂亮，並且沒有一點味道，且有三個獨立的空調，可以比得上總統套房了，且價格實惠性價比超高。酒店有一個很大的院子停車十分方便。
而且老闆娘非常漂亮熱心，我們還未到達張家界先電話諮詢了一下遊玩行程，果斷根據推薦修改，13號中午到的張家界，直接先去市區遊玩了天門山景區，下山到酒店了太陽還沒有落山，真好！晚上老闆娘贈送了手繪地圖，詳細推薦了後面的線路，而且還推薦了幾個不太熱門的景點，後面兩天去過果然驚喜連連……
非常驚喜的一次住宿體驗，下次有機會來一定還住這裏。

店家服務很好，講解很耐得煩，環境還不錯，毗鄰寶峯湖景區，山區環境好，天氣很涼爽，每天會做衞生，酒店設施很新，房間很大，衞生間和廚房空間也大，但是缺點也很明顯，因為需要搬運行李，電梯不能直達，而我有兩個大小行李箱。
