房間很小，主要服務一般。槽點1，訂了兩間房，一個要了白熊樂園，一個要了户外的套票，結果剛好遇到第2天户外下雨，套票無法使用，跟前台商量能否兑換成相對應的服務，還要我自己給他們經理打電話申請。我覺得這個事情很可笑，因為下雨了，他們看本來就有要有預案啊，户外設施全部關停又不是遊客的問題。後來協商了就是兑換成了室內的白熊，整個兑換的過程也非常麻煩，要先去户外換，換完之後去白熊的繼續排隊，排完隊之後服務員還説要讓我跟他們的經理溝通完之後才能使用，我直接就告訴他就是我給經理打電話爭取來的這項權益，不然根本兑換不了，説完之後又馬上能讓我進去，全程就是莫名其妙。槽點2，晚上的時候值班經理、前台、客房服務電話均除在線，我打了半個小時三個電話全都沒有人接，而且可以確定的是他們三個電話其實最終流向都是前台接的，所以就自求好運吧，如果你半夜出現了什麼牙刷短缺，熱水不熱，你是聯繫不上任何人的。槽點3，辦理入住的時候衹有兩個服務員，後面很多人在排隊，然後兩個人的服務水平還參差不齊，一個會主動告知早餐地點，以及晚上酒店會有電暖氣，另外一個呢就什麼都不説。
周邊環境還可以，晚上可以帶着父母的孩子遛遛彎。

住的雙人標間，房間面積還可以，但是這酒店有幾點我們非常不滿意。枕頭:特別軟沒有支撐，孩子枕不了太高就枕一個，睡的不舒服，電話至客服部要求更換，説有了給送來，後來就沒有消息了。洗澡:想泡澡，打開浴缸處的水龍頭都是黃色的水，澡沒泡成還白白浪費我一個泡澡袋。淋浴的水也不熱，怕感冒，衹能倉促的洗了下。服務:一到晚上客服部和前台的電話就打不通，通了之後響兩聲變成忙線狀態，也無人回覆。加濕器：房間裏有，但是裏面剩下的水裡都有雜質了，很噁心。早餐:餐廳特別冷，熱的食物剛端到桌上還沒吃就涼了，而且有些炒菜、主食本身就開着蓋子是涼的，不想吃早餐還退不掉，真是無語了。不推薦住宿！

首先酒店的服務跟不上，打前台或客房部電話總是打不通，有時候打通了沒人接，多打幾遍最後也能接通。小童用品需要單獨問前台要。其次，洗澡的水不是很熱，洗澡一點也不暖和。酒店內部有一個白熊樂園吧，裏面太冷了，穿着襪子踩在地上特別凍腳，小朋友在裏面玩還得穿着點薄羽絨服。酒店整體沒有預期的好
