首先，訂的尊享豪華房，顯示6-9層，實際在2層，説先來後到，高樓層沒有了，説我們的看到就知道很好了，（心想我都訂豪華了還能不好嗎😂）那就算了，辦理入住，結果發現2樓以上才有電梯，要自己拎行李箱爬樓梯，請問我的豪華是來體驗純自助的嗎？第二個痛點，其中一間房竟然廁所窗户朝內，對着走廊，且高度不到兩米，甚至關不上，衹有紗網，這赤裸裸的設計太超前了衹能説無法理解。以上都已反饋給平台客服，好在找到攜程客服響應和處理都很及時，給平台服務好評。
以下是其他後續，一、12點宵夜回來路過前台，聽到別人入住的是7樓，其實不是我們入住的晚沒房，估計是就不願意換房。二、停車位，到達的時候工作人員説無停車場，後面來了個客人説預訂的多少號車位，需要帶路，再問一遍，工作人員才説是有，但是因為我們沒有提前預訂，於是停在了門前格子停車位，酒店人員説這些停車位國慶不收費，實際第二天被貼告知書，以為是提示，驅車離開到古城被智慧停車管理人員騎電動上來收取一晚停車費，管理人員説不歸酒店管，店家實屬忽悠本性，其實直説沒有停車位或者自費都能理解，這樣一頓操作實在難評

房間與攜程上定的不一樣，訂的是48m²豪華大床房，進去差不多衹有一半，而且所謂的大床房是兩張單人床拼在一起，空調也很老聲音特別大。

接送小孩去新城小學、常路過建原賓館，由於家裡沒水，就近在建原賓館住了一晚，體驗不錯，房間空氣有新鮮感覺，應該有裝定時換氣設備、床墊應該是帶乳膠的，舒服極了，布草相當柔軟親膚，這價格能有這配置是很滿意，由於是高樓，水壓很好，洗澡的熱水温度也能調到合適，裝修簡約而時尚、符合年輕人的潮流，一樓美食多多、大清早都營業了、閩南口味很合適我的需求 .總枱操作很快、入住、退房服務態度我都是滿意的……
