沒住過富鍶，前台的阿鳳和毅端挺有耐心，把泡温泉和怎麼玩講的得挺詳細的，温泉環境不錯，下次再來

酒店很大 環境不錯，出行可以藉助電瓶車，不過需要提前預約，我們住的房間照明不是很亮望改進，服務不錯，積極幫忙尋找客人遺失的物品並及時處理好，酒店的餐廳不錯。

房間隔音效果太差了，我住的2207，一整晚都沒有睡，快崩潰了～以為泡温泉晚上可以好好睡一覺，想不到😡😡😡😡電瓶車太慢了，人並不是很多，一等都要很久，下次泡温泉肯定不會考慮這裏的。早餐太貴了成人109小童69根本沒有什麼可以吃的，品種並不多……房間並不是很大～一晚八百多，如果不泡澡的話不要定有浴缸的！

服務態度好，帶孩子度假，跟適宜，電瓶車接車送很方便，很多個温泉池，也有大池，拍了很多美照，小孩子玩的也很開心。整體體驗感很好，就是有些收費的，希望工作人員能提醒，不然後期扣費影響體驗感。
