The hotel staff provided good service, especially the beautiful and generous front desk manager Yang, who was enthusiastic and proactive in her service, and could promptly solve various needs and was responsive. It made people feel at home, and I stayed for another three nights. I will definitely recommend it to my relatives and friends. It would be even more perfect if the hotel had a bed guard.

每次回來湛江喜來登酒店都有賓至如歸的感覺，踏實又熟悉。感謝管家Laura這次安排的海景房，景觀真的很好，上面也很安靜，地方也蠻大，整體很滿意。酒店周邊很漂亮，環境很好，靠近沙灘，酒店前台工作人員專業，體貼並且笑容很好令人如沐春風。酒店環境優美，床睡着很舒服。下次還會回來！

酒店整體服務人員的服務意識和服務水平真的是很堪憂。下午一點多到的酒店，門口除了一個指揮交通的大姐，沒有一個服務人員，到了check in，註明要的是無煙房，結果給的房間一進去就濃重的煙味，再調換一間。問前台萬豪會員有什麼福利，一問三不知。為了換房間又得退掉重新下訂單，結果服務人員把我新下的訂單退了，然後酒店後台人員莫名其妙給我電話語氣不客氣不説，還半天説不清事由，最後鬧了半天還是攜程客服解決了問題搞清楚是酒店的緣故導致一系列亂七八糟。但是酒店沒有一個經理或是什麼人來道一句歉，後面去住全季，人家酒店的普通服務人員都比這五星級酒店的經理有服務意識，會主動問好會主動幫按電梯。所以這就是真的是空有其表，酒店管理真的是太差。

入住湛江喜來登酒店非常滿意，樓下是4A景區環境特別舒服。無邊泳池乾淨，環境美，很喜歡。酒店很好，服務很nice，特別是管家Laura服務超級棒給一個贊，喜來登、香格里拉是我們倆人到每個城市入住首選，一直非常喜歡🥰，注重早餐品質的可以毫不猶豫選擇
