酒店作為政府會議接待酒店，地理位置優越，乾淨衞生，服務員熱情專業，國慶節幾乎沒漲價，性價比很高。
這次帶着兩個小寶出行，前台小姐姐看我們人多還免費幫我們升級為套房，一共4張床，每個人都能休息好。雖然裝修老派了，但是交通便利，隔壁就是人民公園，往南走一千米是二七廣場，步行10多分鐘就到了合記燴麪。酒店熱水也大，早上早餐也比較豐富，整體得到了小朋友的高度認可。

酒店位置好，出行方便，離二七廣場很近，沒施齊全，清潔衞生好，服務員態度好，熱情待客，旅客盈門，工作緊緊有條。最令人點讚的是：早餐十分豐富，口味也好，照顧了南北方不同住客飲食習慣。我的車停在樓後，免費，昨天拿了東西忘了關車窗，保安熱心留意安全，我們回來後，及時提醒我們，真是太感謝了，今天特意請酒店領導給車場保安點贊、表揚。

交通非常的便利，多條地鐵和公交線路直達，必須給個好評不愧是老店，服務態度沒得説，東西質量也槓槓的，最主要這價格還這麼划算，以後肯定經常來店內環境非常不錯，乾淨寬敞，小零食和飲料種類也很多，不錯哦非常值得推薦，房間沒有任何異味，裝修簡潔時尚，是我喜歡的酒店風了放心來就對了，體驗感一級棒，總之非常推薦各位來打卡

前台的服務還是很好的，遺憾的是客房部太拉垮了，房間非常非常臟，而且瀰漫著屍腐的味道，有無挨着馬路，又沒有紗窗，衹能晚上睡覺的時候把窗户關起來，但居然可以把我薰醒，鬧鐘都省了。唯一一點好的是，熱水很沖，水流很大。

鄭州天河大酒店，房間挺大的，衞生間有點異味，淋雨房下水很慢，溢水問題比較嚴重，早飯品種很少，麪包水果都沒有的。

衞生：我們在酒店躺床上幾個小時，渾身都過敏了，床單都是黃的，阿姨打掃房間一點也不仔細，桌子上全部都是臟的
