I chose Century Star Hotel on this business trip. I was really satisfied. It was a very good experience. The front desk staff were very polite, especially the sister Xiaoxue wearing glasses. The restaurant is also stupendous, food is delicious and can accomodate all my culinary needs and thanks to Roger and Antoine. I always stay in sofitel when I visit Zhengzhou. I will stay same hotel again when next time.

I stayed here for two days, and then came back to stay here after visiting Kaifeng and Luoyang for a few days. The room type was the same, the service was the same, and the luggage was stored in the hotel for 4 days. I spent three days in Zhengzhou and stayed at Atour for two nights. I was satisfied. The transportation is convenient. It is between Yanzhuang Station and Zijingshan Station, so it is convenient to go anywhere. The service is very good, and it can be said that it is responsive. I wanted a higher floor, and the front desk lady gave me the 11th floor. I thought the tea was delicious, and the auntie gave me two more tea bags. The breakfast was not bad, and the spicy soup tasted even better than some other restaurants outside.

環境非常好，如果自駕，院裏可以免費停車。院裏還有個噴水池，模仿圓明園十二獸首。衞生乾淨。位置非常好，周邊不遠就是紫荊山地鐵站口，坐地鐵或者打車都很方便。服務也非常到位，每次進出所有的服務人員都是笑臉相迎，讓人感覺特別温暖。退房那天在大廳裏等車來接，服務人員聽出我嗓子不舒服，特意端來胖大海茶。美中不足的地方一是我們房間窗外就對着一個小區，窗户的距離稍微有點近。目前是夏天，天熱也不需要開窗，所以無所謂。要是春秋時節，拉窗簾，對私密性可能不太理想；還有早餐真的有點差，樣式倒是不算少，但是不怎麼吃的慣，而且食物的補充不算太到位，感覺有點配不上這個星級的級別。

Kiki / Jenny - pls keep up the good work, so everyone feels so at home when they stay at Crowne Plaza.
