入住酒店最差的一次體驗!!!
因為主要想游泳，入住前專門和酒店確認泳池是否開放，酒店回覆正常可以。入住後，泳池根本不能使用。泳池明顯已經很久沒有清理過，裏面都是污垢，而且泳池邊還有工人現場施工，到處粉塵。質問酒店，酒店找各種理由，不回覆，不解決。而且至始至終沒有人出面對此事表達歉意。花了4000多塊錢，定了4個房間，很大原因是酒店的泳池。酒店之前明顯是故意隱瞞，欺詐消費。最後強制要求找到酒店負責人，對於這種欺詐行為，我們要求退還相應金額，無良酒店説給200元作為補償，可見根本沒有重視問題，已投訴315進行介入調查，這是典型的欺詐消費! 酒店從硬件到軟件都非常差。隨處都是發黴牆面和污垢地面，以下附上照片，大家可以看看1000多元一晚的酒店是什麼樣的。不要上當受騙!!!

房間衞生一流，被單浴巾乾淨無異味。
洗漱用品香味不俗，建議吹風機換戴森。
客服小哥有求必應，需要的都滿足了。

酒店在裝修，環境設施都很一般，除了泳池可以用心，其他的都不開放。好在旁邊就是長江水世界樂園，孩子有可以玩的地方（額外收費）。
衞生要特別提一下，酒店床品衞生有待提高，第二天大人孩子身上都很癢。

環境清幽遠離塵囂，像住在小森林裡，很適合情侶或一家人到此渡假放鬆心情，房間設計漂亮具空間感，酒店的工作人員也都熱心有禮，整體體驗感很好，不過需要爬樓梯，也難避免會有些昆蟲，如果介意的朋友要注意一下。
