I spent 3 nights in Sheraton Zhoushan Hotel. Service is really good, staff is polite and competent (English speak as well). Restaurant is really good, for breakfast and for dinner as well (buffet style with fresh fish). BUT I gave 1 Star to facilities since I choose this hotel for the beautiful (on picture from the website) outdoor pool, but with my big surprise, it was not available, just few cm of water and the bottom of the pool was slimy..... Staff said that since last year pool is not available and used just for small child with inflatables. Towel service also not available. I really think that this detail should be remarked in the website otherwise people can be misled (like me)

I came to Mount Putuo to worship and chose this B&B near the sea. The B&B is not big but the location and indoor environment are very good. The boss is very nice. The breakfast is very rich. One of the side dishes, fried shrimps, is particularly delicious. I took a box away before leaving, and the boss didn't charge me... The overall environmental sanitation and service are very good. The location is excellent. The only problem is there is a bad smell of mold inside the hotel too bad because the hotel room are large and the view is excellent and the location of the hotel is absolutely the best. The only problem is probably because the hotel is not used to often and there is a mold smell. Also, some of the amenities are a bit outdated, they can install new lights probably and they can have a bit more up-to-date standard amenities like a USB charger

在某書看到了老闆家的民宿查找了一下位置很不錯，價格也很合適，訂了兩間一樣的房型。建議可以提前聯繫下老闆，雖然這次沒能有幸品嚐到他家的海鮮，其他有緣的朋友可以替我嘗一下。（不是託！不是託！）位置在觀音法界景區附近！親測真的很近走路就到了。附近有很多海鮮大排檔。來一碗海鮮麪，阿勇海鮮大排檔，原制原味都可以步行到達！老闆家可以免費停車，不管再晚回家都有停車位。住過很多酒店民宿，這家算是衞生條件能媲美3星級的了，後面在普陀山住的1千塊的不如這家衞生條件好，一件獨棟的院子老闆和保潔阿姨收拾的乾乾淨淨，浴巾和用品都是一次性的每天更換。最重要的是服務很周到，到碼頭車接車送，不管颳風下雨，一個電話老闆開着小豹就來接你。那天我媽媽粗心ipad找不到了，大半夜麻煩老闆查監控，老闆配合不厭其煩的搞了很久，真的很感動。怪不得點評0差評滿分店鋪！如果説有缺點的話，不如説給過來的朋友一點小建議，如果帶行李不要帶太多，因為附近的別墅都是步梯沒有電梯，來回搬行李有點麻煩，不過沒關係，爽快老闆大哥會幫你搬的！感謝民宿，讓我有一段美好的旅行。
