As an airport hotel, most guests are just passing through for a night. It's really inconvenient that breakfast only starts at 7 AM. I had to wolf down my meal in 15 minutes. They should really start breakfast by 6 or at least 6:30 AM. And for those with breakfast included, you even need to pre-order a sandwich if you can't make it to the main breakfast. Other than that, everything else is fine for an airport hotel; the shuttle to Tung Chung and the airport is quite convenient.

It is one of the best hotels in Hong Kong I have visited. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. Everything is down to the details. The room is big with a huge bathtub. We ordered room service for breakfast and the food was great. Highly recommended.

I chose the Regal Airport Hotel because I had an early morning flight. It's incredibly convenient – the arrival hall leads directly to the hotel lobby. The next day, I didn't have to rush for transport, which allowed me to manage my time well and get a little extra sleep. The gentleman who checked me in was very enthusiastic, and despite his slightly stiff Mandarin, he answered all my questions in detail. I realized my electronic devices weren't compatible with the room's power outlets, so I wanted to ask the front desk for an adapter. However, there were guests at every counter. That's when an older gentleman from the concierge department noticed me and proactively asked if he could help. As soon as he learned I needed an adapter, he immediately went to get one for me. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the polite and warm service made me feel incredibly welcome. Furthermore, despite being an older hotel, all the facilities were clean and tidy, and the room was spacious. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Whenever I visit HK, I always choose to stay at The Empire Hotel Tsim Sha Tsui. It's a comfortable stay with convenient access to everything. I especially appreciate the dehumidifier in the room; it's a lifesaver in May when Hong Kong's high humidity makes drying clothes a nightmare. Alice Liu at the front desk felt more like an old friend, providing incredibly thoughtful service. The special afternoon tea is also a personal favorite of mine. A big thank you to all the hotel staff, from the housekeepers to the front desk team, for their professional service.

My stay at Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong was truly a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The location is incredibly convenient — everything feels within reach. Whether it’s public transport, sightseeing, or simply exploring the city, getting around is effortless and stress-free. The room was impressively clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It offered a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of space to unwind. The bathroom was equally well-kept, with great functionality and attention to detail that reflects a high standard of care. What stood out the most was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, approachable, and welcoming — never cold or distant. Even simple services like luggage storage were handled with kindness and a smile, making the whole experience feel personal and comforting. A small but memorable detail was the consistently fresh and pleasant scent throughout the hotel, which gave a sense of cleanliness and thoughtful maintenance at all times. Overall, this was not just a place to stay, but a place that made the entire trip feel more special. I would definitely return without hesitation.

The front desk staff was very efficient with check-in and even thoughtfully gave us tips on local attractions and dining. Room service was incredibly prompt; they delivered items and cleaned our room quickly and politely. At check-out, they proactively asked if we needed luggage storage, showing great attention to detail. The room and public areas were spotless, and the bedding was dry and soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel's location is also convenient, just a five to six-minute walk to the subway station, with a convenience store and several well-rated restaurants right downstairs. Considering both the service and facilities, it offers excellent value for money at this price.

The hotel boasts a great environment, convenient transportation, and easy access to shopping malls nearby. The in-house buffet is reasonably priced, offers a wide variety of dishes, and tastes excellent. However, some essential amenities are missing. For instance, when my phone ran out of battery, the hotel room couldn't provide a charging cable or an international/domestic power adapter, which was really inconvenient. Cotton swabs and toothbrushes were also not provided.

Two years later, I'm back in Tung Chung! Last time, Four Points left a great impression, so this time, my whole family unanimously agreed to stay here again. It's normal for hotel prices to go up during holidays. Four Points' price increase was reasonable, not much more expensive than during the summer. This trip was all about taking it easy. Lantau Island really feels like escaping the city's hustle and bustle. Considering the price point, the hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are much larger than those on Hong Kong Island. Excellent value! If you're not in a hurry, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Given the cost of living in Hong Kong, the price for the buffet breakfast is definitely worth it. The variety is good, and the quality is also decent. Getting around is also convenient. There are shuttle buses to and from the airport and the MTR station. (It was a bit difficult to find the hotel shuttle bus after landing at the airport – maybe a sign could be put up?)

The location is very good. Although we always take MTR from Jordan instead of Austin but it is not really far from hotel. There are a lot of food along the way to Jordan MTR. One of the feedback is the laundry, it should have English instructions for dryer as it will be user friendly for those can't read Chinese and Japanese. We found there is a foreigner waited 2 hours but his clothes was not dry due to he never follow the procedure of dryer.

KKKingThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Prince Edward MTR Station. The lobby is on the third floor. The room size is decent; I could open my 26-inch suitcase flat. The bedding was quite clean and tidy, and the washroom area had a good wet/dry separation. As is common in Hong Kong, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and slippers are not provided, so remember to bring your own.

GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean. The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!

MMIKOjinliyouRoom Environment: My 'premium room' with frosted, non-opening windows turned out to be a 'cemetery view room' or 'mountain view room,' right next to the Hong Kong Cemetery. It was surprisingly quiet though. I imagine a city view room might be a bit noisy since it's by an elevated highway. Cleanliness: Not great. I felt like the countertops weren't wiped down, there were water stains everywhere, and I even found a long hair from a previous guest on the wall. Facilities: Besides the disposable toiletries, they provide basic amenities like a fridge, hairdryer, makeup mirror, kettle, and even hand soap and body lotion. However, everything is quite old; even the plastic cups had scratches on the inside. On the bright side, there's a free pinball machine downstairs which was pretty fun. Service: The front desk staff were okay, and they spoke Mandarin which was helpful. You have to buy toiletries yourself from a vending machine downstairs, and there's no water dispenser in the room; you have to get water from one in the hallway. If your room is near the dispenser, you'll definitely hear people filling their bottles. Value for Money: If it were around 500 RMB, a cemetery view room would be great value. But I booked three weeks in advance for over 700 RMB, and it was non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and I couldn't even change the guest name. Then, closer to the May Day holiday, the price was practically cut in half! So, keep an eye on the pricing when you book.

XXiangshoulvtudexiaohaiFacilities: For a family-friendly hotel, the pool is perfect for toddlers and young children! There's also a small play area that costs HKD 110. Cleanliness: Very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Environment: Built by the sea and next to Ocean Park, the scenery is beautiful, and the sea view is top-notch. Service: We drove there, and overnight parking cost HKD 500, which is quite expensive. Aside from the front desk staff, who weren't great, the rest of the service was good.

GGuest UserAbsolutely loved our stay! The 45th-floor family level is such a unique feature, and we could even check in directly there. They gave the kids so many little gifts, and the view from our room was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking panoramic of Victoria Harbour. Plus, the 'grab and go' healthy snacks were a fantastic touch, and the quality of all the food was really impressive. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights in a deluxe sea view room on a high floor. Hygiene-wise, there were occasional unknown little bugs on the carpet. Not sure what they were. The staff at the 19th-floor lobby and breakfast restaurant, to put it mildly, had a very average attitude. However, the housekeeping staff were very polite and would actively greet us. There was a female manager at the front desk who was quite helpful; she assisted us with extending our stay for multiple days. The hardware is pretty good, as it's a new hotel and they're good at marketing. After three days, I felt the service wasn't great. The room card wouldn't work for the elevator every day. When we went to the front desk, they would just coldly tell us to wait in the check-in line, without even an apology. We had four different sea-view rooms over three days, and none had welcome fruit. Breakfast was expensive, but the taste and variety were very average. There are too many floors, which makes it a bit complicated, so I didn't try any other dining services. Coming out of Metro Exit D requires a fairly long walk, but considering the cheap room rate, we basically managed it ourselves. The above are my objective feelings.

SSolo traveller 888Had a fantastic stay at W Hong Kong. The bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect after long days exploring the city. The pool was a real highlight, with amazing views and a great atmosphere to relax in. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient—right next to the rail station with a direct train to the airport, which made travel seamless. Would definitely stay here again!
