We was looking for hotel that was centralised to wherever we are looking (Disneyland, Ocean park etc) and we decided to look for hotel at Prince Edward or Mongkok then we found Starphire hotel. The price was affordable and room was clean, just that need about 10mins walk from Prince Edward MTR (Come out from Exit C left side out, keep walk straight till near underneath second highway or have to turn, then turn right and continue walking till see hotel, besides it is ”The Cloud”). Coffee and water was provided 24/7 at level 3 besides check in counter. Breakfast which was bread will be given if go to level 3 in the morning. Overall, it was a pleasant Stay and is happy to revisit if got chance.

Guest UserIts nice place , 1 hour away from airport, but take bus A38 from airport right in front of hotel, it was easy, no Restaurant near by walkable, food was s good at resort but in room they have sign of $80 brunch, when I went down they give me for $129 +1% , so when I told them, they said it’s only three day price hike due to Mother’s Day , in room it says 7 days $80, any way it’s your call, and the second sign says water , tooth brush, are purchasable, which good if you know in advance, so you will be prepared, luckily I always carry my, rest is good

The hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC.
The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

I’ve stayed at Dorsett WC 2 weeks in a row and was pleasantly surprised by the overall professional standard. All employees I interacted with assisted and sorted out issues in a quiet competent manner. A problem with the TV was resolved by pulling together people from IT dpt, housekeeping and a Gen Z employee who spotted the remaining problem immediately. Room rates are well priced and I upgraded myself to a premier (larger room) with great view of the Happy Valley race course for a marginal amount. Both rooms I stayed in had spacious walk in showers with premium shower gel, shampoo etc. Overall extremely pleasant stay with great breakfast buffet.

Guest UserStaying at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong was a delightful surprise from start to finish. The room featured floor-to-ceiling windows, offering breathtaking sea views the moment you open them.
The room itself was spacious, with a soft and comfortable mattress. The bathroom was equipped with high-quality amenities, showing exceptional attention to detail. The outdoor infinity pool seamlessly blended with the ocean.
The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, responding promptly to all requests.
Everything, from the facilities and views to the service, was near perfect. It's a peaceful escape from the city bustle, ideal for relaxation, making it my top choice for a staycation in Hong Kong. I will definitely be back.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently located near Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 2, which made my trip much easier. They also provide a free shuttle bus service, and it was reliable and convenient.
The only downside during my stay was the pillows. Unfortunately, they had an unpleasant smell, which affected my comfort. Aside from that, everything else was great.

Anna izumiThe hotel's location is great, right near the subway, but the hygiene was really questionable. There were hairs on the sofa, and when I went to take a shower, I found someone else's body hair in the bathtub. However, since we arrived at 1-2 AM on our first night, we didn't bother asking to change rooms. At that point, we just hoped the bed was clean.

bobo_goA perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite.
The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful.
The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice.
We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive.
Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered.
All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

ZiqishengtengThe room was spacious and comfortable, a real luxury given its prime location in Central. Hong Kong Park is right downstairs, perfect for an evening stroll to catch the sunset, which was incredibly pleasant. What truly stood out was the Executive Lounge access; they offered meals and snacks throughout the day that were practically full meals themselves. For someone with a busy schedule, this provided a dining experience far superior to eating at home – I was incredibly impressed! The exquisite breakfast at Café on the 56th floor and the drinks, snacks, soups, salads, dim sum, and dishes at the 7th-floor lounge were all so refined and thoughtful. Not to mention the grand and abundant breakfast, which was the perfect start to my relaxed, leisurely time after a demanding work period. Thank you, I will definitely be back.

XiaotianniumihoutaoThis hotel is excellent, very high-end and on par with some well-known chain brands. It's located right across from the Wan Chai MTR exit. There's an entrance to the right of a Porsche dealership. Don't take the first elevator; instead, walk 10 meters forward to the right of it, and the first elevator you see will take you directly to the 19th floor for check-in. After checking in, your room will be in the northwest corner of the front desk area. If you take the correct route, the hotel is only a four to five-minute walk from the MTR station. However, if you take the wrong exit (Exit C), you'll have to walk uphill and then typically take an elevator from the 3rd floor to the 19th. During the day, there are plenty of signs on the 3rd floor, so you won't get lost. The hotel is very clean, and the pool is good too. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the variety. The mall downstairs is also great for shopping and has good food options. I feel incredibly lucky to find a hotel in Hong Kong over 30 square meters and so upscale for just over a thousand [HKD]. The front desk staff who handled my check-in were also exceptional and exceeded my expectations. If I have the chance to visit again, I'll definitely stay here.
