There is a beauty and a small handsome guy in the hotel. The service is really good, including the aunt who disturbs it. It is very approachable. Feeling! We bought a breakfast inside. The little girl in the hotel saw the two of us and sent us an extra one directly. And their eggs were freshly cooked after we went to the attractions. We waited for us for a long time. We were super embarrassed and moved. Come out to play, eat well and live well! The room is very quiet and especially, his bed is really soft, and you can watch the stars at night! I highly recommend everyone to live in his house. By the way, the air conditioner in the room is very cool and there is a humidifier.

Hygiene: Clean and fresh
Environment: The hotel is about two minutes away from Puji Temple. The room we booked is on the first floor. It doesn't feel damp at all. There is a scent of tea when you come in. It's very OK!
Service: The housekeeper Xiao Xue's service is first-class👍🏽

It was very convenient to call the pier to pick up and send to the hotel, and the food in the hotel was also very delicious. Xijingju and Tongyue Pavilion are very suitable for families with children. Even families with two children can live here. I lived in Xijingju on the second floor two years ago. This time the hotel helped us upgrade to Tongyue Pavilion on the second floor. I am very grateful. There is a restaurant downstairs, but it is a pity that there are too many people this year and we can't queue up. There are restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies near the hotel, which is very convenient.
Thank you Master Shi and Master Chen for their enthusiastic service, helping to carry luggage up and down and pour hot water for the children. During the busy May Day, the hotel staff were not impatient and had a kind attitude.
A small suggestion: it is recommended to change the curtains that can block light better.

The hotel is in a good location, just near Puji Temple. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. We also provide pick-up and drop-off services from the pier. Special thanks to Uncle Yu who got off the bus to pick us up and drop us off, and led us all the way. Although the room is on the small side, it is understandable on the island and the hygiene is good. I will consider staying here next time I go to Putuo Mountain.

You can go out to see the sea. Baibusha Beach is at the door of the hotel, Puji Temple is at the other entrance, and there are many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room is in the community, about 15 minutes walk from Puji Temple. There is a supermarket at the gate of the community. 🈶 sells fruits and buns. You can also ask for incense. There is a happy canteen opposite, which is a resident canteen on the island! Overall, it is recommended!

There are food stalls next to it, but the cost-effectiveness is not high. There is also a small coffee shop. Walk 8 minutes to the original Zizhu restaurant opposite the beach. The meal is delicious and not expensive. The breakfast is 38 yuan per person. Unfortunately, I didn’t know it until the last day.

SSharpPutoshan is well off the foreigner travel path and information in English is limited. That the nearest train station is a few hours away in Ningbo only makes it more complicated. That’s why I was happy to find this homestay/hotel with its helpful English speaking owner “良筑”. I called and he added me on WeChat to give me advice and drop me pins (hint:the “south” bus station in Ningbo is adjacent to the train station, next to the taxi queue). He explained where the four main sightseeing spots on the island were and gave me advice about how to tackle them in a day. As for the hotel itself, perfectly fine: clean and comfortable and affordable. Only disadvantage is it’s about a 10-15 minute drive to the ferry building, about an hour walk. But it’s easy to catch taxis to the hotel and then 良筑 will drive you back to town (about 20 rmb each way). Also, immediately across the street is an enormous new Buddhist temple with a really beautiful interior that I would have missed seeing if I hadn’t stayed at this hotel. It needs at least an hour. The nearby town is small but has many seafood restaurants. All in all, if you’re a foreigner with limited Chinese ability hoping to visit Putoshan, then this is probably the right hotel for you as 良筑 will help you to plan and organize your visit. Plan to arrive by midday and stay for two nights. You can see it all in that time.

And because it was not a peak time, the boss upgraded the room for free. The daily breakfast is very rich, and there are also many types of lunch and dinner orders, all of which taste good. If you have questions about ferry tickets or travel, ask the boss and he will answer them very considerately. SStephan_J_FiresWoW! What an amazing place to stay! I took my wife to the Island for her Birthday and was looking for an affordable and cute place. QingWu Fisherman's Hostel did not disappoint! The owner and his girlfriend were so kind and welcoming. He helped me find the correct Ferry station to travel to the Shengshan island and gave us tons of information and advice for living and traveling on the island. Like taking the bus instead of taxis because the taxis are very expensive. The Hostel also has a bar and restaurant area that is extremely cute and pleasant to be at. We ate Lunch and Dinner at the Hostel every day because the food was absolutely divine. My wife does not eat spicy food and the host was kind enough to alter the dishes. The room itself was an absolute pleasure to stay in. When we arrived at the room the air conditioning had already been put on and the room was nice and cool considering the soaring heat outside. We spent most mid-days in the room to escape the heat and take a nap. The evenings we spent on the deck watching the sunset and drinking beer and wine. It truly felt like home. If I go back to the island, I'll definitely stay there again. 1000% recommend.

This is what I liked:
- buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min)
- they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure
- hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant
- everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening
- good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot
- there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early
- hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services!
- hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai
- small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;)
- other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China?

Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

GGuest UserCame here to see the music festival, and happened to wander here. I fell in love with the environment at first sight, and immediately changed to this hotel. The location is really great, with a super large landscape window facing the sea with an unbeatable sea view. The outdoor activity area is also great, with swings, hammocks, swimming pools and various facilities. It is very suitable for checking in and taking pictures. It is very suitable for girlfriends travel, parent-child activities, and company team building. There are also cute pets to play with, which is absolutely amazing. When the weather is good, the beach is also very clear. It is really great to see such a sea view in China. Girlfriends who come here to play can close their eyes and rush, don't miss it.

In the afternoon, we played in Dongsha from sunset to lights, then went back to the hotel to change clothes and eat at the food stalls. At 5 a.m., we went to Dongsha to watch the sunrise and came back to catch up on sleep. The family room has a balcony and clothes drying rack, which is very convenient. Children need to change several sets of clothes a day. The family room is 700 on weekends, which is cost-effective and convenient for parking. The children played in the sand and the adults watched the sunrise. The swimming crabs at the food stalls are very fat. It is also close to Daqingshan. Recommended.

I booked the All Seasons because I stayed there before and it was very clean. There are not many chain hotels on the island. The price is a little expensive, about 1,500.
Let's talk about the advantages first.
1. There is a shuttle bus to the pier, which is very convenient.
2. The service attitude is very good.
3. There is no sales promotion, which is very important to me.
4. There is a restaurant that is basically open all day.
5. The location is very good.
Let's talk about the disadvantages.
1. It has been open for a long time and the facilities are old.
2. Corresponding to the first point, the hygiene is really not good, and every corner is not clean.
3. The room is small, very small.
4. There are no plastic slippers, so you have to take a bath barefoot, but the hygiene is not very good, so... It's very uncomfortable.
5. There is no refrigerator...
In summary, compared with the price, it is better to go to a newer homestay with pick-up.

MMike Nomad OI had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. This beachfront gem offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a relaxing seaside getaway.
The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions.
The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets.
The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates.
The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach.
As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence.
Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.
