Facilities: It's not long after the new opening, the mattress is quite soft, the personal feeling that the pillow is a bit high, the windows are large, and the ventilation is OK. Hygienic: The cleaning is good, and the details are quite good. Environment: By the front mountain and river, the lobby has characteristics, near the night market and the gate. Service: Very user-friendly, there are good room types that can also be upgraded, and the staff are easy to talk.

This hotel I have stayed before but many years ago. There're a few changes especially the rooms, restaurant and the restaurants available just outside of the hotel which is very good. The restaurant cater to provide more for locals or Chinese customers. Ther should be more English wordings to direct those who can't read Chinese. But the hotel do provide transport to the borders or train stations whish is very convenient. Will stay again should I come back to Zhuhai.

Good location, convenient transportation, many restaurants nearby But being close to the road at night really affects the sound of cars. Overall, it is passable, but some details really need to be improved. Curtains cannot be buried on both sides. There is light on both sides. When you enter the room, the sun will hit your eyes in the morning and affect your sleep.

The hotel is very good specially good for family children’s only the thing is their breakfast is not good maybe for Chinese people is ok but not for foreigners

Very spacious room with nice window view. Conveniently located with plenty of eateries and underground shopping arcade. Walking distance to Gongbei immigration and Zhuhai train station.

I have been staying at this hotel numerous time and was very disappointed this time. Don't get me wrong but the service of the hotel and staff are all first class but was very disappointed with a staff at the fitness centre, as I am a health person, I have to book a hotel that has a fitness centre, after check in I went to do my exercise and after signing in as usual I ask for staff for a towel as I am a sweaty person. Guessed what she said to me ”No we don't give out towel, you need to bring your own from your room” I was shocking, I wanted to reason with her that I have no been rejected with a towel each time I stay here. So I had to do my exercise without a towel and drench with sweat and smelly, I was completely disappointed. I thought to myself when did this changed. So next day i went to do exercise but brought my own towel, well actually I asked the cleaner on my floor if I can get extra towel and she asked why I, is it not enough to use, I say, ”no” to take to fitness centre because they wouldn't give it to me. The cleaning lady say no they should give to you, it is their duty, I told her they say no, I need to bring from room but the lady was very nice, she let me take whatever I want but she said, she never heard of it. Upon my check out, I asked the front desk if this policy has changed and they were shocked as well, they says ”No” they have to give you towel and one of the staff says he went yesterday and they asked for it and they give him. I say no, they wouldn't give it to me, they says they will speak with the fitness centre, I do hope they will speak with them as I think it is stupid that I need to bring a towel myself. I hope next time I wouldn't occur this situation again. Disappointed with it this time.

The hotel is located very near to port toward Macau. We traveled to and thou Macau and Zhuhai. My daughters were excited during the stay in the ocean style room. There are board games provided for us to play. The room view of sea is also good. The noise from city stay awhile but didn't bother us to enjoy the sleep.

At the check in Mrs Chen ShaoPing, front Office Supervisor, was very friendly and professional helping out to solve a matter of discrepancy at my booking. I noticed that she speaks English well too. 👍🙏

The hotel is in a good location, close to Mingzhu High-speed Railway Station. The surrounding environment is very good. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is very close to Huanyu City. The front desk service is friendly and the sanitation is very clean.
