Great hotel right beside a small shopping mall with lots of good food. You will find Michelin chinese restaurant to famous HeyTea beside hotel.

I have been staying at this hotel numerous time and was very disappointed this time. Don't get me wrong but the service of the hotel and staff are all first class but was very disappointed with a staff at the fitness centre, as I am a health person, I have to book a hotel that has a fitness centre, after check in I went to do my exercise and after signing in as usual I ask for staff for a towel as I am a sweaty person. Guessed what she said to me ”No we don't give out towel, you need to bring your own from your room” I was shocking, I wanted to reason with her that I have no been rejected with a towel each time I stay here. So I had to do my exercise without a towel and drench with sweat and smelly, I was completely disappointed. I thought to myself when did this changed. So next day i went to do exercise but brought my own towel, well actually I asked the cleaner on my floor if I can get extra towel and she asked why I, is it not enough to use, I say, ”no” to take to fitness centre because they wouldn't give it to me. The cleaning lady say no they should give to you, it is their duty, I told her they say no, I need to bring from room but the lady was very nice, she let me take whatever I want but she said, she never heard of it. Upon my check out, I asked the front desk if this policy has changed and they were shocked as well, they says ”No” they have to give you towel and one of the staff says he went yesterday and they asked for it and they give him. I say no, they wouldn't give it to me, they says they will speak with the fitness centre, I do hope they will speak with them as I think it is stupid that I need to bring a towel myself. I hope next time I wouldn't occur this situation again. Disappointed with it this time.

very spacious, clean and convenient place to stay. Our stay in this hotel is really pleasant. It’s really recommended for traveller’s to give it a try and surely they will enjoy their stay with an awesome experience

First time staying with Hengqin Hyatt It was such a nice experience! My friend and I were staying for one night to check out Hengqin. It was also my first time staying with Hyatt group as I am a Bonvoy member. We were very pleased to be nicely taken care of by Eli who was very attentive to our needs. Definitely will revisit it again in the near future.

It's my first time to stay at Marriott Hotel. The hotel is conveniently located at the intersection, and the service is very good. Because I checked in late at night and haven't eaten yet, I called to ask about the delicious midnight snack. The staff Clean patiently recommended the local specialties, which were very delicious. The room is also clean, spotless, comfortable to live in, and the breakfast is nice. It is the first choice and satisfactory to stay.

Super hotel ever !! location very good, convenience for shopping and near to border to across to Macau ! we are only one day in Zhuhai as though that Zhuhai have nothing much to do. But we are wrong !! definitely will be back and stay here again ! Room supper clean, staff all are friendly. They have good service mind and help us on guided where to go, really appreciated ! Room very big and comfortable. my friend was run to shopping her luggage and back late then we requested to check out late ... so hotel allowed us to check out 2.oo pm !! Appreciated and thank you so much !! We will be back for sure !

Love Sheraton's friendly who upgraded us to a room with balcony that has a great view of the sea fronting the hotel. The indoor pool was great for my kids and they enjoyed it to the fullest. A big surprise was that there is a seafood wet market that are lined with restaurants that you can pick and choose to cook your basket of seafood purchase. The bill cost a couple of hundreds of rmb that would have more than a thousand dollars. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to zhuhai.

Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Food in the resort was inexpensive and decent. We ordered self grill BBQ one night and that was amazing! The hotel was also able to provide bed rails and steam sanitizer for babies. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
