從來沒有寫過評價，但是這一次不得不吐槽一下，訂的是180•海景大床房 其實就是普通房間帶窗户 ，開始進第一間房間有一股撲鼻而來的異味，其次椅子發黴 玻璃上都是模模糊糊的指紋 真的會謝， 隨後前台給換了第二間房間 玻璃和椅子的問題跟沒換之前的房間是一樣的🙃，猶豫時間太晚開了一天車就沒想着折騰湊合住了一晚，這300多的房費都可以住一家性價比差不多的酒店了，下次不會再來🙃

帶着父母出行，因為要過澳門所以選擇了離橫琴口岸較近的酒店住宿。房間的位置雖然比較偏遠可是景色確實很美！不過因為周邊設施還不完善所以沒有吃飯的地方衹能“**”或者開車出去吃。
再來説説公寓的問題，因為位置偏遠所以不太容易找，一直電話聯繫公寓的服務人員，電話就是沒人接聽，直到我們自己找到了電話才有人接聽，作為服務性行業不應該在接到客人的訂單之後主動聯繫客户來説明入住的相關情況嗎？ 公寓停車一條60元比我們深圳的停車場收費都貴！然後就是客房裡看電視也要收按金😵💫詳見下圖！我住了這麼多年的星級酒店、公寓或者民宿還是第一次遇到看電視要收按金😵💫真心醉了！選擇與否供大家參考

酒店不肯按訂單金額開具增值税專票，如要開專票，需要在訂單金額上自付10%。實際上税率衹有1%，那為什麼酒店要10%呢？這個財務人員都懂，本來不開專票，商家根本不準備對該筆訂單申報納所得税的，開了票就要交所得税了，這麼明目張膽地偷税漏税，也是挺厲害。我真是生氣啊，同樓層別家都開專票，不額外加收。我都認栽了，額外付了10%，你收就算了，結果不單收，還是我求着開票，發兩條微信都不理，第三條才給開票了，太厲害了，再惹我直接舉報你偷税漏税。

這公寓是cbd寫字樓改的，這樓上有不少家。
我們專門訂的空中觀景房，視野不錯不過澳門也衹能看到一角，主要還是看的珠海這邊風景。
不足之處，前台人員實在偏少忙不過來，服務有些滯後，臨時住住還行吧
