我們晚上十一點才去辦的入住，前台是個男生態度還可以，但是一進房間就有大蟑螂🪳會飛的那種，這就不説了，第二天問前台送紙巾是個女生態度很差，等了半小時都沒送，第二次打電話直接掛電話，後面到退房也沒送來紙巾。

訂了續住 刷不了卡然後跑下去問前台 當時晚上三點多 前台是個男的 第一晚就已經跟另一位前台溝通過了讓啊姨不用打掃房間了 然後隨口問了句啊姨沒有幫我們打掃房間吧 然後那個男的很大聲 對我們發脾氣的説我怎麼知道啊 我11點上班來問我幹嘛 我又不知道 很大聲的説 有這麼對待客人？
你不知道可以語氣好點的説不知道就好了 用得着這樣子嗎 我男朋友説好好説話 然後那個男的説不知道就是不知道啊 還是很大聲的説 真的換誰誰都生氣吧 以後誰還來這個酒店啊 隨口問句就那樣 進電梯了還在那裡大聲的説 還在那裡吐槽
