We had a wonderful stay at the Penguin Hotel! My son loved seeing the penguins in the hotel restaurants, which made our dining experience special. The Chimelong Circus show was amazing, but the sound was way too loud, even for adults, making it very uncomfortable for kids. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Spent our time on this rainy weekend at the Penguin hotel. Buffets available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner or other dining options available. Easy access to Ocean Kingdom. You can shuttle to the other hotels, Spaceship, and even cross-border buses available. Check in line was long but efficient. Rooms are very kid-friendly. Not a lot of spoken English but they didn’t lack in customer service. They had a separate space for group check-in. Just beyond that area a cabin for online food orders. Many shops too.

Location is close to Ocean Kingdom Theme park. Very convenient.. Room is clean. The bell boy is helpful. Breakfast buffet is delicious and variety of choice.

Very good hotel with cute amenities but the worst thing for us is there is only 5% staffs that can understand english

Huge hotel connected to the Chimelong Ocean World. Lots to do there. There are busses to take you to the various attractions. Food was good. This is not the place to stay if you don't have children. Water is expensive in the hotel (12rmb per bottle) you can get it cheaper in the park at 8rmb a bottle. They do provide 4 complimentary bottles of water per day for the hotel room. You can get more if you ask.

Superb place, easy to book and easy to let the staff know you are from trip. This is one alternative platform for foreigners as the main webpage needs chinese mainline. The package included whatever was on the main webpages.
An iconic place to stamp out your travel book. The reviews are true to its word. Big place, big events, big performances. Kudos for the top notch maintenance.

Hotel is super friendly to people of all ages! They were super helpful to my dad who sits on a wheelchair. Food are delicious and the animals looks very kept well! 10/10

Hotel is located with convenient access to ocean kingdom. Rooms all come with penguin themed and amenities. Children will definitely like this hotel. Cleanliness need to step up although they are face with large volume of guest. Hotel buffet is a good deal compared to order from the menu.

Hotel is perfect for kids. Theme parks, shows etc very impressive. Be prepared to do a lot of waiting. We went during the Easter long weekend and waited between 30 mins to 1 hr plus for rides so just gave up and watched the animals and shows instead. It's noisy, in your face but a lot of fun for the kids. Food generally is very average and over priced. We found going into the various restaurants in the theme parks to be a better experience. Everything is in Chinese. No English maps. Staff were all so wonderful. Super friendly and helpful.
