衞生：按價位沒啥大毛病
環境：挨着唐家市場，吃海鮮吃夜宵很方便
服務：前台人員態度挺和氣，但酒店基本沒啥服務；我住兩天，中間不給收垃圾換毛巾，要白天到前台説才給補備品

**介紹訂的房間，説是離景點4公里，結果打開地圖打車的時候13公里。打車40分鐘才到，主要是訂的149元房間是沒有窗户的，訂單上也沒有寫是沒有窗户的，想換有窗户的房間，服務員説：已經入住了沒得換，衹能加40塊換了個有窗户通風的房間。唉，總得來説就是體驗非常好。

酒店位置極佳, 可惜設施較舊, 保養不太注重, 是次入住的二人雙床房間較細, 天花板有輕微漏水, 房間燈光較暗;
如果能解決設施的問題, 保養好一些, 是一間非常值得推介的商務酒店

真實評價，
1:聲音，空調出風聲音跟拖拉機似的，樓頂大晚上還有人敲敲打打，不知道哪裡來的空調外機聲音就跟按在你頭頂一樣，走廊地毯跟樣子似的，清潔員推車經過跟火車一樣，能把人嚇人一跳，廁所抽風機聲音特別大，還關不了，晚上睡覺想關上那你就別想了，哪怕你把空調關上了，你也得在嗡嗡聲裏入睡，
2:房間還一股，黴味，特別重，無所不在的臭味，這種味道問得頭痛，想空調換風吹出來的風也有一股臭水溝的味道，
3:佈局：床頭還一張兩三平方的鏡子對着你整張床，晚上睡得毛骨悚然，
4:你要時刻做好無緣無故被老闆舉報，叫警察過來查身份證，昨晚就有幾個哥們被老闆叫警察過來查，啥事都沒有，不知道是老闆覺得舉報有獎還是看他們不順眼，還是為了客人的安全正義暴感，反正不是查我，倒是沒啥感覺，不知道被查的那幾個哥們昨晚沒有睡好，突然被十多個警察查身份證，如果是我無緣無故被老闆舉報，感覺那不是住旅館，是班房，
5:設備老舊，房間看着跟自建房租房一樣，然後加上這大鏡子，還有一股黴味，給人一種牆壁爬滿了斑紋，陰森森的感覺，
6:總結就一句話，那就是我還是睡公園也不會再來這裏，
