Very nice hotel, good breakfast, good location, nice staff, upgrade my room to bigger and nicer room. Thanks ! Good laundry.

The hotel is clean and staffed well but it is not located near any bus stops for public transport (10 or 15 min walk away). However, taxis can find the place easily. The room is decently sized and clean. There is a pretty good spread of food for breakfast which varies by the time you go there and each day is slightly different. At breakfast, there's only one hot drinks machine which serves sweetened coffee and there are no tea bags to make tea.

Everything was good except 2 things. Aircon took time to cool, not ideal during day time especially near summer. Also, the glass door of the washroom was not able to close intact. A loud bang sound could be heard when it's closed.

It was nice to stay. Staff was cooperative and friendly. Breakfast needs upgradation as most of the items contain meat. Near by Zhuhai Railway Station around 1.6 kms. Sea side is at walking distance. You can get Zhuhai sightseeing bus with 500 meters walk

We had no issues staying at the hotel during two nights...except some ...I'd say, some lack of soundproofing. The problem isn't a critical one, but would be good to have "thicker" walls. Personal were helpful, room was cosy and clean enough. The parking lot could be more spacious. Nevertheless, I parked without any problems - a guard helped a lot directing me. There is a non-fast electric car charger at the parking. But quantity of "electrified places is quite limited ( 2 cars only as far as I remember.... correct me if I am wrong). General impression about our stay - good.

They didn’t released my credit card deposit almost for one month.

Don’t go during Chinese New Year . Rooms small . Breakfast ok .

We stayed for the night, to go to hong kong the next day, it's close to the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau bridge. Hotel rooms are big and near alot of amenities. The haibin walkway is close to the hotel amd several other activities.

I stayed in the C Block. Building entrance and the lift had no airco. It's too hot when I was there. The lift's airco was turned on the next day. Room hygiene was disappointing. The room had horrible humidity and a smell of water being stuck too long. At some of the walls you can also see water stains. The bed was very clean. The area is very great, near the boulevard near the sea side. Lots of places to eat food all night long. The staff was also very friendly and helpful even though I didn't speak Chinese. Thank you very much 🙏

Receptionist dont speak simple English, any of them.. So difficult for conversation Breakfast so poor

The hotel room is fairly big for the price we pay. It is clean and the fixtures inside are in good condition. The hotel front desk staff are happy and helpful. Breakfast is good for the price charged. There are many different food (vegetable, dim sum, noodle, fried rice etc) to select from. Its location is good. It is close to the control point with Macau. It is also very close to the HK, Zhu Hai & Macau Bridge control point. Overall, we have a very happy stay at the hotel.
