Hotel staff are very helpful.
Particluarly ladiy staff at reception and anothet staff (世宗 ) at PATA hotel was super helpful and generous to offer and helpful our problem n transport.

Very close to the main hot spring area and other attractions in the area, and the package deal has all you need, food, entry to main hot spring area and a comfortable room. Upon reaching main lobby, can feel that whilst the decor is dated, but still feels well maintained. Scent of hotel is also quite nice, however once you enter the room, maybe because of humidity there’s a little bit of musky smell. May be due to this that many guests chose to open the hotel door to let the room ventilate. Would recommend for hotel to also maintain the scent in the room.

A great place to spend the weekend, good staff. Good cuisine with affordable prices. On the territory there is a park, a mini zoo, a water park, this is what is included for free when buying a hotel plus breakfast. Hot springs are paid separately)👌

The place is really awesome for holidays, especially in summer. There are a lot of activities you can enjoy.
However, the room was not too clean and look like 3 start hotel room with old carpet. Other areas of resort was clean and well maintained.
Overall, the resort is excellent, staff is friendly and I definitely recommend this place to visit.

We had a great stay at ocean spring, Ms. Moon (A1203) was very kind to guide us to all the attractions and add ons of our room. My kids enjoyed the mini zoo and the attractions in mysterious island. The spa was very relaxing in the cold winter night. The cantonese restaurant also had delicious crispy chicken and other chinese dishes at reasonable prices.
