Clean and comfortable, many restaurant and shops outside…. Very good

Stayed 2 nights. Location is good and close to food market and Macau border. The staff also are friendly. However, I could see 2 cockroach, which was maybe due to recent pest control or not as strict cleanliness. Not recommending, perhaps next time pay more and go somewhere else.

The staff are very professional and can speak limited English The room is spacious and comfortable with good insulation I slept like a baby for 2 nights The day I checked in, I noticed some hair on the floor and complained They cleaned it up in no time

If you are looking for somewhere to just rest, this is ok. The service was good and the room was clean, but it had a musky smell that went away once I turned on the AC. 15 minutes walk to Gongbei port and about 20 minutes drive to Lovers Road. PS: The location is behind the mall; you can walk through the market or enter from the road between the banks.

Next to the walking street..But not much shop is open..Close to wet market..Some stallss open till morning..Noisy.

Hotel customer service was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Room was also clean and very well-maintained. There are also many stalls selling food and other essential goods and services within short walking distances. Overall, I had a very pleasant and unforgettable experience.

Although it is located in the alley and the first floor is relatively small, and I booked a special room by the stairs, it is better than I thought. It is relatively clean and the room lighting is bright enough (I have stayed in many dim special rooms before). The bed is close to the window, so it is not easy to open the window. The bathroom is quite small, the sink is dimly lit and it is not convenient to put on makeup, and the toilet is separated by a curtain in the bathroom. In terms of facilities, there is no place to hang clothes in the room, but there are hangers. The TV can be used with iQiyi, Youku, Tencent Video, and Bilibili. There is a fixed overhead shower and a movable shower. The air conditioner is quite loud and people with light sleep may not be able to sleep. In terms of hygiene, the sheets are quite white and the bed is quite soft. It is cleaned every day. There is nothing dirty on the bathroom floor except that the porcelain paint on the edge of the toilet has fallen off. Disposable paper cups are provided. In terms of service, I was unlucky this time. I stayed for two nights, but the hot water was broken on the first night. I called the front desk and finally sent a staff lady to check. The service attitude was very good.
