The environment is great, it's right next to the park, the kids had a lot of fun, the hotel facilities are ok, the high floor overlooks, and there's a community across the street. The bathtub is big enough, and the wooden floor is what I like, not carpet, which is the best. The service is just so-so. There's no service to speak of. I needed toiletries delivered, I called the service desk, but after carefully recording it, it didn't deliver it. Then I called the guest room, and the guest room said you called the wrong number. I didn't receive the service call.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Free upgrade to executive floor. My requests were all fulfilled. Excellent location and beautiful surroundings. Breakfast offers a wide range of cuisines.
