Location of the place wasn't good. You have to go to 9th floor for reception, and there's no way of entering the building without a password(unless there's someone who is walking out which is what we experienced). I was not really happy with the paint chipping off and the room not being that clean. Also the toilet wasn't very good. I will not be staying here again.

They are construction going on and could be noisy. Basic amenities and the have a fridge ,kettle and washing machine. 2 cafes downstairs with reasonable price . Nothing much to see or do but close to HZMB port, about 8 mins by taxi. We chooses to stay here because it’s cheap !!

Good room

After having a drink with a friend in Beishan, I came here to continue chatting. It was very comfortable. The quality is worthy of the price. I will continue to come here in the future. The toilet is separated from dry and wet areas, and it still has a mountain view outside.

It's super affordable. I will choose this place again next time I travel. It's worth recommending.

The hotel is located in Haiyin Youyicheng, very close to Huafa Shangdu and Beishan Courtyard, less than 10 minutes by bike. There are many parking spaces in the underground parking lot, and the front desk on the 9th floor is easy to find, just take the elevator. The room is a double-story duplex, the space is large and comfortable, and it feels like home. The hotel staff has a good service attitude, WeChat replies quickly, and solves problems quickly. Next time, I will give priority to coming here.

How many kilometers is the hotel from the high-speed rail station? You can take a taxi or scan a shared bike. Zhuhai's transportation is very convenient. The hotel is located in a newly built area. All the facilities are very new, and the small squares on the upper and lower floors are very spacious, including the kitchen. The front desk staff is also great. If you have any questions, you can contact them. Zhuhai is relatively close to Macau and Hong Kong. If you have time, you can go there. It's a good experience👍

The door code given by the landlord was incorrect. It took 20 minutes of phone calls to find a staff member. The photos Ctrip saw were 180 degrees different from the actual condition of the house. It was not a photo at all, but a partial photo😅 The room was very dirty. There were bubble milk tea pearls on the curtains. There were many stains on the floor. There were spider silks in the corners. There were also Xiao Qiang. The living room has a simple configuration. Only the TV, sofa, small coffee table and bottled drinking water are up to standard. There are also 2 super large computer stations in the living room. What is it like? A house for 4 people is suitable for 2 people. On the sofa, the other two people can only stand and chat.  We chose a 2-bed room. One of the beds was no different from the floor, it was very hard. Although the room price is very cheap, late check-out is available. I hope the landlord can improve it. The surrounding business district is immature, and there are no options for eating, drinking, shopping or buying fruits, just one or two shops. The maintenance of this hotel apartment that has been open for two years is so poor. The color of the stainless steel ring under the glass door of the shower has changed. It looks like ten years of old dirt. It is extremely dirty and has not been thoroughly cleaned with a special cleaner. The only good thing: it's quiet around the apartment. It was also very quiet at night. praise. I originally booked for five nights, but canceled after staying for one night. Refunds are quick. praise. The customer service girl is very enthusiastic.
