I stayed here for 7 days, by the 5th day the bathroom shower was clogged and the bathroom had flooded. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and changed me to a different room. The hotel room was very big and the air conditioning was great for these hot days.

Not so good, in particular the tooth brush is terrible, worse than the one that I used to brush my shoes!!!

The receptionist forgot to give me back my ID after the check in procedure, and failed to call me a taxi smoothly. But for the room, everything is perfect, the size is good, very clean and new.

I booked this for a family members that were traveling to Zhuhai. The staffers are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice. The hotel is situated nearby the grand theater, convenient to go around.

Residents smoke in lobby. Staff did not intervene.
Room is dusty and my friend’s even had 2 roaches, one dead and one alive behind the curtains.
Heater took 5 min running water to warm up. Took so long I thought it was out of order.
WiFi didn’t work and required resetting by staff.
One good thing is it is located close to scenic spots.
Not stay here again.
