Booking was smooth via the app and reached the hotel before the designated check in time of 3pm.
However, the receptionist staff, Xiao Yu (小雨) was fantastic and very helpful. Not only did she allow for an earlier check in, but also upgraded to a bigger room (Deluxe Room) and allowed a late check out the following day.
Location of the hotel is very convenient if you want to be close to Gongbei Port / Zhuhai Railway Station.
Would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location and their wonderful staff, particularly Xiao Yu (小雨).

Excellent location is located just a couple minutes walk from the Macau immigration, shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff is very polite and friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Closed to Gong Bei immigration, many F&B outlets is useful until mid night. Especially front lady 小雨 support to me to introduce the best location for 小食. Thx and appreciate

Well located nearby malls and restaurants. Also walking distance to the border to Macau. Rooms are spacious and clean and service is good

Very helpful receptionist. Hotel nice and clean. Room abit small but ok for solo. Hotel in a busy intersection, if you want a good rest consider other nearby hotel due to noise from traffic and “events”. (However ear plug was provided in the room)

Very convenient location as it is just a 5-min walk from the border gate. The reception is at the top floor which is a bit confusing at the beginning. Rooms are clean with basic supplies, but the downside is that the noise from traffic and vendors was quite loud and disturbing even at midnight. The hotel could consider working on the soundproof a bit.
Breakfast included, food and environment are okay.

Good location especially for travelers next destination is Macau. Many eateries around. Seafood wholesale center about 20km (take DiDi trip at ¥75). Hotel room is small but very clean. Laundry room for free use.

Location is good as we move to Macau from Zhuhai. King size bed was amazing and wish room size could be bigger. Next to zhuhai plaza and good connections to exit and entry into Macau. Next to main road and traffic is quite heavy and noisy at times during the night.
