The room was clean and tidy The lights were the issue. They made the room 'too technologic'. We couldn't turn on the lights for a while. There was no telephone in the room so, we tried to communicate via a communication tablet on the wall but, the security guard answered and he didn't know how to help. We had to go to the lobby all the way down then they said to use the screen etc. Finally found it right next to the bed. The floors were too wet so, was dangerous to walk around. I guess it was about the humidity (not sure about the weather or ACs) but, the floors were still wet in the morning. All the way there was a continuous 'beep' sound from the light button of the bathroom, we couldn't turn it off and didn't bother going from the 34th floor down also. Couldn't sleep well in the end. Don't know if we are the only ones who 'couldn't adapt to technological hotels' or not but, we miss the simplicity. Other than that, a perfect hotel with value.

I cannot find any chair or sofa in my room!

踏入這家酒店的那一刻，彷彿穿越到了另一個精心雕琢的世界。從前台小姐姐温柔的笑容開始，每一處細節都透露着家的温馨與不凡的品味。房間寬敞明亮，設計感十足，床品柔軟得讓人一秒陷入深度睡眠，醒來便是元氣滿滿的一天。

大晴天，住了水簾洞，潮濕程度見圖，一晚上都覺得自己泡在海里，直接睜眼到天亮，第二天行程全耽誤了……當然牆面也遍佈黴菌 見過最“智能”的開關。ipad🈶，僅限裝飾。 盯着消防圖看了半晚上，也沒找到自己的位置，這合理嗎？

我該如何誇獎這家酒店，來珠海旅遊不是很順利，開始找了一家酒店，很貴，想着環境應該會很好，結果太讓人失望了，於是就找到這家酒店，前台小哥哥小姐姐簡直太治癒了…態度簡直好的我想抱抱他們，環境很乾凈，價格很合理，保潔阿姨也很熱情，服務非常周到，煩躁的心情一下就緩解了…強烈推薦，強烈推薦，強烈推薦…大讚👍🏻

服務：前台服務人員態度非常好，感謝前台小哥免費幫我們升到喜歡的投影房☺️☺️ 衞生：阿姨打掃的非常乾淨，洗浴用品都齊全，每次要求客房服務，阿姨都非常盡心盡責的重新打掃一遍，幫我們把物品從地上撿起來放桌面🥰🥰 環境：房間在28樓，可以在高空俯瞰整個室外的感覺超爽的，還可以看見一點海😚😚😚 設施：樓下就是優特滙大型商場，出行超級方便，這裏離海邊也超級近打車十幾塊錢，超級方便，還有711便利店和貓咖，貓咖的貓貓超級漂亮，環境也舒適，超級喜歡💕🥳🥳🥳

第二次住這間酒店了，整體覺得不錯，房間夠大，挺舒適的，衞生也可以，價格實惠，位置也好找，停車也方便，值得推薦。

1️⃣酒店的外觀非常的奢華，進入大堂給我一種低調優雅的感覺，工作人員親切熱情，都非常的專業熟練的應對各種查詢，處理問題非常的出色，能夠及時為客人提供服務。 2️⃣酒店地理位置非常好，交通方便；周邊也有很多高端、具有特色的餐廳和商場。 3️⃣客房非常的有氛圍感，採光好，設施齊全，床墊非常的舒服，浴室浴缸也很千凈。房間在高層，能夠欣賞高樓大廈和感受城市氣息非常的棒。 這次旅行非常愉快，有機會還會選擇斯米萊酒店。

房間蠻大，晚上入住安靜，窗外視野開拓。整體衞生舒適，性價比蠻高。樓下商場，餐飲，交通都很方便。不錯的入住體驗。

非常差評！前台開頭給我們一間房，進去裏面後，整間房都很臭，巨臭，臭死了！然後我們到樓下叫前台更換另一間房間，更換後再次進入房間，房間還是有巨大的臭味！這間酒店廁所臭到不敢用，也不敢在酒店逗留太久，我們都是玩到晚上12點才回去睡覺，臭味飄揚！味道刺鼻、嘔心！聞到都會作嘔！作嘔10多次！臭到要了我們的命！！就算關了廁所門，也會聞到！無敵差！！
