The room is very nice. And I have ever never seen the beautiful island in Egypt like Dong'ao island. Here I specially appreciate the reception 小吴, she is very hospitality and provide lots of useful and helpful service. In particular the 8:30 p.m band. I really enjoy it.

very nice hotel and pool, friendly staff, buffet is average. The beach downstairs is beautiful,but on the sunday morning the water was so full of garbage we couldn’t swim Good hotel for a weekend stay

The hotel was overall good, convenient free transportation from Port to hotel, good location close to the beach, nice swimming pool, and the room was big. The service was very good the staff very helpful and kind to answer when we need something. The downside is the room was not very clean and the restaurant in the second floor the food was not good, I had to ask to change my hamburger because it tasted weird. I hope they can improve that.

My friends and I were not disappointed at all by this hotel.... We got upgraded our rooms, excellent and efficient attention from most of the staff. Thank you a lot mister KK and mister 567 for the great attitude, all your help and and services.

I love the room view, the welcome’s fruit basket was amazing, friendly staff, and very personalized service. The staff as always willing to help.

We had a wonderful time. Our registration was quick and easy. The reception staff was very helpful. We were given a wechat contact on arrival of one of the receptionists who was great for answering our questions. A lot of the staff spoke English very well which made things easier. The bar staff was great and the drinks were brought quickly. Unfortunately we were a bit early in the season so the outdoor pool was not open. There is a very nice and large beach area however there was only 1 place with chairs and no umbrellas. It would be nice if they spread some chairs out along the beach and install some umbrellas. We will definitely return again.

The service needs to be improved. The food is very low quality. The beach is full of garbage. Not enough entertainment for a resort, and none of the activities are free.

The hotel is really nice. Have a big pool work amazing view. Service on top. We’ve meet manager Erica. She is so sweet. Helps us a lot, answer to our questions really fast, provide everything we needed to. We’ve got a sea view room and fruits. I recommend this hotel for staying 👏🏼

Many of my friends come to Dongao𡷊 to play, so I came to give it a try! Gree Dong'ao Hotel was chosen based on good reviews, and it turned out to be true. We took the shuttle bus to the hotel and were greeted by smiling service staff. When we went to the front desk, Liu Debao introduced the hotel facilities in detail and left a service WeChat message. He even upgraded us to a sea view room. 👍Due to the strong sun, we didn’t go to the scenic spots𡷊, but the young children should be able to take pictures. But it’s great to just enjoy the hotel facilities here! The swimming pool environment is backed by mountains and faces the sea, which is a real vacation feeling! As for drinking, I thought it would be OK, but the food at Haixing Restaurant is unexpectedly good✔️Staying only for one night is not enough😅To summarize, this is the first choice for people who don’t want to watch fandom attractions and who really want to rest and date. ! Friends who are taking the boat at the end are best to bring sea sickness patches, but the staff will give them to us when checking out🫡Hope everyone has a pleasant journey👌

Very nice hotel, almost all rooms face the sea, beautiful environment, sitting on the balcony and watching the sea breeze is very relaxing, the service is also in place! Recommend the plank road behind the hotel is worth a visit. Thanks to the front desk clerk Liu Debao, you can ask him directly if you encounter any problems, the response is very timely, and the problem is handled very professionally!
