Hotels in Wanshan Island, Zhuhai

The room is very beautiful and clean. It is very comfortable to turn on the air conditioner and you can continue to electricity without inserting the room card. The environment on the island is beautiful. As soon as we went to the island, we encountered rain and hung the clothes outside. The aunt reminded us to collect the clothes. The owner of the shop took us around the island in the evening. The people on the island are very hospitable.

The overall style of the hotel is elegant and unique. The location is close to the mountains and faces the sea, with excellent views and landscapes. It has been open for 11 years but the hardware is well maintained. The room is decorated in a high-end style, and you can use iPad to control the switches of various electrical equipment in the room and the selection of TV channels. Guests can enjoy a full set of standard services of a luxury hotel, including pre-check-in, special car pick-up at the pier, CHECK-IN in the room, ROOM TOUR, HOTEL TOUR, butler service and night bed (bookmarks and cookies are given). The staff you meet will take the initiative to say hello. There are also several places that can be improved: 1. At 9 o'clock in the morning, I used the room phone to call the guest service center or the butler's mobile phone with my mobile phone, and it was prompted that the user was turned off and could not be contacted. After calling the guest service center with the room phone at more than 10 o'clock, the hotel's telephone system may not have the function of displaying the room number, and the customer service needs the guest to report the room number. 2. Breakfast is a single-order set meal, but you can only choose one of the three porridge, noodles and rice rolls, and the portion is a bit delicate for male guests. 3. The taste of the hotel's Chinese food was just okay. But when I checked out, the restaurant charged me an extra 0.4 yuan to round up the amount. The waiter said that the bill was automatically issued by the financial system and they couldn't change it... The amount was a decimal, but it didn't make sense! Why should customers pay more for the restaurant's own system settings? ! In addition to the taste and service, I chose to eat at the hotel restaurant because it was clearly marked and not like the roadside seafood stalls that ripped off tourists. But I didn't expect to be ripped off, which was a bit disappointing.

The small hotel guest house is configured, and the boss is very nice and welcoming. There are not many hotels on the island.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. The front desk trainee and also Sandy's sincere and prompt assistance with check-in and handling my enquiries made my experience truly enjoyable. I am looking forward to visiting Pullman Zhuhai again in the future and will definitely recommend it to others.

I have been staying at this hotel numerous time and was very disappointed this time. Don't get me wrong but the service of the hotel and staff are all first class but was very disappointed with a staff at the fitness centre, as I am a health person, I have to book a hotel that has a fitness centre, after check in I went to do my exercise and after signing in as usual I ask for staff for a towel as I am a sweaty person. Guessed what she said to me ”No we don't give out towel, you need to bring your own from your room” I was shocking, I wanted to reason with her that I have no been rejected with a towel each time I stay here. So I had to do my exercise without a towel and drench with sweat and smelly, I was completely disappointed. I thought to myself when did this changed. So next day i went to do exercise but brought my own towel, well actually I asked the cleaner on my floor if I can get extra towel and she asked why I, is it not enough to use, I say, ”no” to take to fitness centre because they wouldn't give it to me. The cleaning lady say no they should give to you, it is their duty, I told her they say no, I need to bring from room but the lady was very nice, she let me take whatever I want but she said, she never heard of it. Upon my check out, I asked the front desk if this policy has changed and they were shocked as well, they says ”No” they have to give you towel and one of the staff says he went yesterday and they asked for it and they give him. I say no, they wouldn't give it to me, they says they will speak with the fitness centre, I do hope they will speak with them as I think it is stupid that I need to bring a towel myself. I hope next time I wouldn't occur this situation again. Disappointed with it this time.

I'm glad to meet Ms Yang from the hotel reception, she's very accommodating and has a positive attitude and a cheerful person . She provided me all the answers I need from a to z . Not forgetting to compliment the housekeeping lady who had cleaned our room . We feel like a VIP here . Well done and keep it up .

First time staying with Hengqin Hyatt It was such a nice experience! My friend and I were staying for one night to check out Hengqin. It was also my first time staying with Hyatt group as I am a Bonvoy member. We were very pleased to be nicely taken care of by Eli who was very attentive to our needs. Definitely will revisit it again in the near future.

I have compared several hotels in other apps, and the evaluation of this hotel is mixed. I may be a ”stubborn” and I have to find out. The concierge opened the door at the hotel entrance, checked in at the front desk, the guest service manager Clean handled the problem, and the service of the room staff was very satisfactory. The hotel's decoration layout, facilities and equipment, and the quality and variety of breakfast are all very good. It was an unexpected experience for me!

This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in Zhuhai or even Shenzen. We were surprised and were feeling so happy when William, the receptionist offered us an upgrade of one of our rooms to a sea view room. The view is wonderful and the view of the bridge at night with colorful lighting is amazing. The buffet at the hotel is worth trying. Believe it or not, the price is just a quarter of that in Hong Kong. The food is of very high standard. The room is big with twin basins. The bath tub faces the sea view. We will certainly come again

I've stayed with Bonvoy hotels for many years, and this one Shangri-La Zhuhai surprised and impressed me with their services. Basic service was expected with Bonvoy hotels, however this experience showed me they went the extra miles, all staff are well trained. Special thanks to my butler Lia and Minnie, who took well care of me during the stay, including my request of neck support pillow (very hard to find in China) all the way to check out. They were very responsive to all my questions. This hotel in general will not disappoint you, definitely a place to go to for couples and families, they have consider everything. They have 2 pool; 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. All needs are covered. The room was spacious enough for me and my partner, we had a balcony and faced the Macau bridge. Night few was magnificent. The hotel was easy to fine, and i was driving and they made everything super convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and families, i didn't have the chance to try their buffet but i heard it's good and i will definitely come back again. My trip was too short, and i wish i could of stayed longer.
