First time staying with Hengqin Hyatt It was such a nice experience! My friend and I were staying for one night to check out Hengqin. It was also my first time staying with Hyatt group as I am a Bonvoy member. We were very pleased to be nicely taken care of by Eli who was very attentive to our needs. Definitely will revisit it again in the near future.

We booked the Snowhouse Family Room. There's an igloo toyhouse in the room which my son really loved. There are also a lot of other activities for children inside this hotel besides going to The Ocean Kingdom. The buffet dinner was a surprise to us because there were so many kinds of food and different seafood. I hope they could have Snowhouse Family Room with View (for seeing the firework) in the future coz we would love to see firework in the room after a long day.

This B&B is quite new. The photos when booking are the same as the actual one. It is very clean overall and provides disposable bath towels and towels. The whole village is full of B&Bs and restaurants. There are a bunch of food stalls at the end of the village that are open until very late. This place is located in the inner part of the village. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the end of the village, so you won’t be disturbed at night. There is a breakfast shop next to the B&B. After breakfast in the morning, it is very convenient to directly take a taxi to Chimelong.

The perfect base camp for a few days of theme park adventuring. It’s not a subtle or understated hotel, but that’s also not what the designers were going for. A wonderfully ostentatious lobby, beautiful surroundings, reasonable variety of food choices given that it’s in a theme park resort, and (most importantly) within easy walking distance of two world-class theme parks. Oh, and actual dolphins. *and* I could watch Ocean Kingdom’s fireworks display from my balcony. For the sheer variety of things nearby, the size of the room, and the quality of the surroundings, I’m amazed that my stay was as affordable as it was. If I ever go back to the resort, I’ll be staying on site again.

After watching the fireworks, you can take the Yinhai Hotel shuttle bus back, without having to wait for the bus or taxi in the vast crowd. Turn left when you leave the hotel and there is a yellow car parking spot on the side of the road. There are many yellow cars parked. The yellow cars go to the pedestrian street and Central Hui within 5 minutes. The hotel is close to the local community, there are many breakfast and night snack stalls, and there are also many convenience stores. The hotel is facing Hengqin Wharf and has convenient transportation. The room in the family suite is very spacious, with a large bed and two small beds, which is very convenient for the family. The hotel is not far from the Ocean Kingdom Resort. If there is no traffic jam, you can take a taxi for a few minutes. There is a breakfast shop downstairs, and there are seafood stalls a few hundred meters away. We stayed at the hotel for two days and punched in the space center and the Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. Since it was booked in advance, the hotel was very good value.

There was a room upgrade when I originally ordered, but when I checked in, I kept the room type I ordered. After checking, the customer service also upgraded me to a room type. However, when I got to another room, it felt like no one had stayed in it for a long time. There was a feeling when I checked in. There was a strange smell. The most terrifying thing was that I found 6 hairs on the pillow, and the mattress was as hard as a wooden board. Fortunately, I could return to the previous room (everything was normal in the previous room) On the second day, I went to the amusement park and returned to the apartment after 11 pm. The room password lock could not be opened. Fortunately, the customer service responded quickly after notifying me through WeChat. Otherwise, my child and I would not know what to do. Finally, I would like to commend my cleaning aunt for being a very nice person. She helped me solve many problems.
