Staying here for the first time, the overall is not bad, the service is very good, the shower water is hot enough, the pressure is very high, the wifi speed is very fast, the room is very new and the health is very good, the room attendant is very polite, the breakfast is in line with the taste of the northerners, the hotel has a special car transfer, but you have to make an appointment in advance! Very quiet, will come again.

The room was very clean, the facilities were quite complete, there were washing machines and refrigerators. Below the apartment is a business district, with supermarkets and restaurants. Entertainment has KTV, chess and cards. The service is also very good and worth recommending.

It belongs to the Zhuhai Development Zone. There is a large parking lot near the industrial park, which is convenient. There is a Hunan restaurant downstairs, which is very delicious and cheap. I had a very comfortable sleep at night, clean and tidy, smart toilet, and free breakfast in the morning. This price point feels very good. The front desk felt very intimidating and couldn't talk about service, but it was helpful to answer all questions. However, the staff sitting in the office at the entrance of the hotel greeted us warmly and reminded us not to forget to report our license plate number to the front desk and help the front desk with the work. Shared.

It was past nine o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. It had only been ten minutes since I checked in. I opened my cotton-padded jacket and saw blood stains on the sheets. I reported it to the front desk and asked for new sheets. Later, I went to the front desk to report this to a male employee on duty. He actually asked us if the blood stains were caused by us. I was a little angry. He offered to change rooms for us. He took the new room card and went back to the original room to pick up the luggage. However, he saw a male employee checking the sheets in the room, and then used the right card to check in. The front desk said that the blood stains that were there were not caused by us, which is really **** and slanderous.
The hotel is very new, so the room has a spicy decoration smell. It is next to the road, and the windows are noisy and big. In the morning, there are workers renovating the corridors. The breakfast items are not rich but they are filling. The female staff of the hotel are very helpful The attitude was very friendly, but the male employee at the front desk had a great attitude. When my wife and I checked in, we booked a room and he asked if you were staying in the same room. The training of the staff needs to be strengthened; the location of the hotel is very remote! The surrounding environment is relatively dirty

TTsing TsingI've stayed with Bonvoy hotels for many years, and this one Shangri-La Zhuhai surprised and impressed me with their services. Basic service was expected with Bonvoy hotels, however this experience showed me they went the extra miles, all staff are well trained. Special thanks to my butler Lia and Minnie, who took well care of me during the stay, including my request of neck support pillow (very hard to find in China) all the way to check out. They were very responsive to all my questions.
This hotel in general will not disappoint you, definitely a place to go to for couples and families, they have consider everything. They have 2 pool; 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. All needs are covered.
The room was spacious enough for me and my partner, we had a balcony and faced the Macau bridge. Night few was magnificent.
The hotel was easy to fine, and i was driving and they made everything super convenient.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and families, i didn't have the chance to try their buffet but i heard it's good and i will definitely come back again.
My trip was too short, and i wish i could of stayed longer.

EElita Yee TingThe hotel at Chimelong it’s not hard to any of the parts but I shut up a service is excellent. They provide big a room for up to four beds that allow for my family to stay. They have a good selection of restaurants and shops and nice gardens with dolphins. I would highly recommend this hotel to families as they offer amenities and closeness to the other two parks.

Hotel quality and finishing were top notch, room decoration was impeccable. 
They decorated the room for birthday celebration and Terry Our Butler bought in a chocolate cake late night on our return from dinner.
The butler service was on the spot this time and even sent my pillow request past midnight
The team understood both Cantonese as well as English better compared to the Shenzhen branch
Breakfast was decent but seating was Adhoc as they turned the bar area also into breakfast tables so we were a bit cramp.
They threw in a welcome drinks as Elite members. however the card had clearly state to submit this at recepy lobby but actually we should have taken it directly down to the 41st floor bar for consumption as they do not deliver this to a bedroom.
Two pools on different floors however the indoor pool was 1.4 m deep which was not to child friendly. The indoor pool had a light Jacuzzi and to our surprise the changing room also had Jacuzzi with steam room and hot stone beds for free. The rooftop pool was not heated however they had powerful massage functions.
Negatives
We booked two rooms, one king and one twin because they only have limited twin rooms we had to be separated on different floor levels. We requested non-smoking rooms and the twin room was not available until very late in the evening for check-in and they kindly extended our stay until 3 pm for both rooms.
The location is quite out of stick and the nearest shopping mall is a good 10 minutes walk outdoor. There areas some restaurants at the exhibition centre which am not sure were opened fully.

Other than that, I am happy to stay this hotel since it is value for money and nearby the the custom to Macau, fantastic really !

BbeebiezHotel staff is friendly and helpful. Location is extremely convenient, connecting basement pathways to the border underground mall. Surrounding lots of restaurants.
Room is spacious and clean. There is even a Karaoke bar within the building in another tower.
I was in a sea view room, although the sea was a bit far, but got a nice wide view.
Only drawback is the busy traffic entering and departing from the hotel by car/taxi, but can work around if you fit more time in advance to your schedule.
Overall very good experience, and I will return for sure.

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around.
But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it.
The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting!
We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was.
We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER.
No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either)
This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

DDavid Loo CWCheck in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms.
They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions.
Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean.
Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient.
Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road.
No fault of the hotel.
Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau.
Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here.
No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk.
10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food.
We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection.
Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day.
Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!
