The front desk lady was very nice and provided great service. She also gave us a small gift and breakfast for three people. The room was very clean and had a river view, which was very beautiful. Parking at the hotel was free and it was very convenient to go to Chimelong. It only took ten minutes to drive there. In addition, if you ordered takeout, you don't need to go downstairs to get it. A robot will deliver it to your door. It's so convenient.

Going to Macau to play, I navigated to this hotel online. I was not disappointed after seeing it. The room was the same as the picture uploaded by the merchant, and even said it was better. The room is clean, big, tidy and comfortable! very satisfied!
Especially the little girl at the front desk, and the manager's little brother! It can be said that it helped me a lot! The elderly go to Macau to travel, and they have to go back to the hotel first for physical overdrafts. They went to the port to help me pick up the elderly back to the hotel! Thank you very much! Because I went to pick up my family, the manager's brother came out before he finished his work, and he was criticized by the boss! Sorry!

The room is very clean and spacious. It's the first time I've seen a hotel room with a washing machine. It's very nice. The location is also very convenient. The Hengqin Port is downstairs. It was very convenient to stay here after taking my children to Macau to watch a concert last night and returning to Zhuhai. The price is also very affordable. The most important thing is that the boss is very nice. I arrived at the hotel very late last night to park my car. I didn't notice that there was a ground lock on the parking space, so I drove in. As a result, the car was stuck by the ground lock and couldn't get out. The boss quickly contacted the property staff. Because it was too late and there were no engineers, I had to check in first. The next morning, the hotel owner helped contact the property to find engineers to help solve the problem. I would like to express my special thanks here. If it weren't for the boss's enthusiasm to help, I really don't know what to do. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Zhuhai.

The hotel has good reviews in all aspects. When we checked in, the front desk clerk was able to help us upgrade to a room facing Macau. The view was really amazing, and the breakfast was very rich. The children played in the large playhouse of the hotel and were reluctant to leave, but The only thing that I think can be improved is that we should be more flexible in handling a family of 4, because our family of 4 (father, mother, 1.4-meter-old daughter, 1.1-meter-old child) stayed in a parent-child room, and the upper and lower grids in the room were The hotel should have initially budgeted for a double bed for a family of 4, but the package only includes afternoon tea and breakfast for two, and the playhouse admission ticket only comes with 1 adult and 1 child. Doesn’t it mean that it only budgets for the mother to accompany you? When a child enters the playhouse, his father and another child can only ”watch from a distance but not play indiscriminately”, so in the end I bought an extra ticket for 1 large and 1 small to enter the playhouse. The second issue is the number of people at breakfast. , the package only includes breakfast for 2 adults, so children have to pay extra, and children don’t eat much for breakfast. Most children may only drink a cup of fresh milk and 1 piece of snack. I think the hotel can be more flexible 4 people family.

The only and biggest problem is the massive construction site across the road which is drilling from early morning until late evening and the huge drilling noise woke us up as early as 730am and non stop on Saturday and Sunday mornings too. And trust me, unless you sleep like a pig it WILL wake you up!

TTsing TsingI've stayed with Bonvoy hotels for many years, and this one Shangri-La Zhuhai surprised and impressed me with their services. Basic service was expected with Bonvoy hotels, however this experience showed me they went the extra miles, all staff are well trained. Special thanks to my butler Lia and Minnie, who took well care of me during the stay, including my request of neck support pillow (very hard to find in China) all the way to check out. They were very responsive to all my questions.
This hotel in general will not disappoint you, definitely a place to go to for couples and families, they have consider everything. They have 2 pool; 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. All needs are covered.
The room was spacious enough for me and my partner, we had a balcony and faced the Macau bridge. Night few was magnificent.
The hotel was easy to fine, and i was driving and they made everything super convenient.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and families, i didn't have the chance to try their buffet but i heard it's good and i will definitely come back again.
My trip was too short, and i wish i could of stayed longer.

GGuest UserThe perfect base camp for a few days of theme park adventuring. It’s not a subtle or understated hotel, but that’s also not what the designers were going for. A wonderfully ostentatious lobby, beautiful surroundings, reasonable variety of food choices given that it’s in a theme park resort, and (most importantly) within easy walking distance of two world-class theme parks. Oh, and actual dolphins. *and* I could watch Ocean Kingdom’s fireworks display from my balcony.
For the sheer variety of things nearby, the size of the room, and the quality of the surroundings, I’m amazed that my stay was as affordable as it was. If I ever go back to the resort, I’ll be staying on site again.

Don't get me wrong but the service of the hotel and staff are all first class but was very disappointed with a staff at the fitness centre, as I am a health person, I have to book a hotel that has a fitness centre, after check in I went to do my exercise and after signing in as usual I ask for staff for a towel as I am a sweaty person. Guessed what she said to me ”No we don't give out towel, you need to bring your own from your room” I was shocking, I wanted to reason with her that I have no been rejected with a towel each time I stay here. So I had to do my exercise without a towel and drench with sweat and smelly, I was completely disappointed. I thought to myself when did this changed. So next day i went to do exercise but brought my own towel, well actually I asked the cleaner on my floor if I can get extra towel and she asked why I, is it not enough to use, I say, ”no” to take to fitness centre because they wouldn't give it to me. The cleaning lady say no they should give to you, it is their duty, I told her they say no, I need to bring from room but the lady was very nice, she let me take whatever I want but she said, she never heard of it. Upon my check out, I asked the front desk if this policy has changed and they were shocked as well, they says ”No” they have to give you towel and one of the staff says he went yesterday and they asked for it and they give him. I say no, they wouldn't give it to me, they says they will speak with the fitness centre, I do hope they will speak with them as I think it is stupid that I need to bring a towel myself. I hope next time I wouldn't occur this situation again. Disappointed with it this time.

PPoh Tim Chye1/ 1st impression: During check-check and asked for late checkout but was told not possible but later given late checkout but the front desk staff told me for exchange to give her good commend for her service which I neither agree nor disagree because I don't trade for service.
2/ The Breakfast was horrible and all utensils were no display or available; forks/spoons/chop-sticks on table. Nothing else. Asking for coffee spoons but given soup spoon and after some times then get it, then was told they actually provide sticks but only 3rd day then I found out they kept in the drawer.
A lot pf tour groups and you hardly can get the food, all are empty. Fighting for food with tourists and the food quality is bad and salty like eating salty........
3/ couldn't get good wifi and was given another small touter after midnight after a lot of checking and debate; though the IT manager is kind enough serve late night, but I think the hotel need to enhance the wifi service for business guests.
4/ Room cleaning was good though they missed our to top-up one of the day, but overall good.
5/ Disappointed there is no in room service manus for the food.....
6/ The hotel staff used my person data to contact me for rating their service after I checked out this is very bad indeed.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I made a last-minute booking on the same day as our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised that they accepted our request without any hassle. Upon entering our beautifully appointed room, we were delighted to find a complimentary cake for my son, complete with colorful balloons to celebrate his special day. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay memorable!
The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we could ask for, including beach robes, spa robes, beach slippers, and room slippers, which added an extra touch of comfort to our stay.
One of the highlights of our stay was the on-site dining options. We enjoyed the dinner buffet, which, while a bit on the pricey side, was absolutely worth it! The variety of seafood and other dishes was impressive, and the beautiful view while dining made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was also a treat, offering a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes.
An added bonus was the beach located right next to the hotel, which had a kids' play area and swings. It was the perfect spot for my son to have some fun and enjoy the outdoors.
While the hotel is a bit removed from the city center, it only took about 20 minutes by taxi to get there. We also ventured to a nearby bar area, just a short 15-minute ride away, where we enjoyed shisha and the beautiful night views.
Overall, our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and best hotel for kids ✨

JJerry JiaoIt was an amazing experience staying at the Kingward International Hotel. I was very impressed with the friendliness of hotel staff, especially the Front Desk and Breakfast dinning restaurant staff, they were well-trained and really passionate in helping their guests. There were so many (close to 100) oriental and western style food varieties available for breakfast buffet, fresh and professionally cooked. It was one of the best breakfast buffet that I had around the world.
The hotel is strategically located on the shoreline of the ocean on the famous Lover's Road. Both our rooms had ocean view, and one room can see the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. It's very close to the GongBei border crossing to Macau, and minutes away from the Bridge Customs to Hong Kong. There is a bus stop right on the door steps of the hotel.
The hotel has a very impressive crystal sculpture collection and other mineral collections exhibiting on the first three floors. Both the interior and exterior decoration are well designed with ancient palace styles.
We are Chinese Canadians. My family was on a one-month tour to ShenZhen, ZhuHai, Hong Kong, Macau, GuangZhuo and SanYa, staying at Kingward was the most memorable experience among all hotels. Excellent
GGuest UserHua Xin Hotel has a very good location. It is very near to Gong Bei Port Shopping. Outside the hotel, there are restaurants. Nearby, the hotel got a very good SPA for Massage (Nature Massag & SPA Center) and at a cheap price. If you consider crossing over to Macau, the border is just walking distance, and there is free bus service to Venetian Shopping and ******. Busses to other casinos are also available.
