酒店不錯👌 但是前台的這個男服務員 簡直是這個酒店的侮辱 服務態度極其惡劣 説話方式簡直是沒有教養 把腳放在吧枱桌子上 説話感覺欠他錢一樣 簡直影響心情 這樣的垃圾服務員衹配一輩子當服務員

房間都挺好的，乾淨衞生，大小也合適。就是停車可能有點困難，沒有停車場。2樓的火鍋超級好吃，是我在自駕甘南最好吃的一家，早餐有點太簡單。

酒店很乾凈，環境非常的好，早餐也非常棒，保安大叔非常熱心，晚上睡了一個好覺，特別要感謝的是酒店工作人員，第二天離店後，發現背包落在酒店餐廳了後，酒店工作人員非常熱心和有賴心的去二樓餐廳幫我找到了背包，又幫我找到快遞郵遞了我的背包到家了，在這特別感謝洛克灣國際酒店的工作人員，服務特別好，大家選擇洛克灣大酒店沒錯的👍👍

鎮中心最高的樓，外觀和內飾還不錯，但服務態度很差，難怪攜程上評分很低，大多數點評都在抱怨這家酒店的服務。特別是前台接待的男服務生説話如同訓人，態度很惡劣！早餐品種很少，來晚了剩餘很少了，連筷子都要現洗供應，沖洗一下的濕筷子直接扔到沒插電源的烘乾箱裏，很不衞生！另外提醒一下，入住進房間後首先要檢查一下衞生間是否漏水或地漏是否有反出的臭味，有的話要果斷換房間。
