After I proactively informed Ctrip that there was an upgrade, I was upgraded to a twin room with river view on the executive floor (excluding the VIP Club trea**ent). However, the room is against the left outer wall, and the view is obviously limited. I don't know whether it is an upgrade or a downgrade. The room is generally new, and it feels newer than Hilton.
