房間總體來説性價比很高，全屋智能，也比較安靜，樓下是美味的餐廳，味道也是很贊！
不過令人印象最深刻也最為感動的是酒店工作人員的服務意識和專業素養。
入住期間由於換房產生了一些插曲，酒店負責人鄭迪女士在第一時間關注並積極推進，代表酒店給予了我和孩子真切的關心，站在顧客角度考慮並處理問題，她的真誠和專業令我對家鄉酒店感到自豪，“賓至如歸”真實體驗了一把。

房間很大，位置也很便利，一開始安排的房間有煙味，酒店方很快速地給換了一間，服務還是很好的。但是房間令我不太滿意：一是入住後發現地毯上有根前房客留下的吸管。二是房間的空調不是很好，需要調到18度才能涼快，而且空調工作時噪音巨大，無論是工作還是停止工作前都會發出滴滴兩聲，基本上每隔5、6分鐘就會響一次，工作的聲音也特別大像室外機一樣嗡嗡的。真是一晚上沒怎麼休息好，但是回酒店太晚了又累實在沒力氣折騰換房間了，希望我住的這間房屋是個例吧。
