i am staying in park plaza hotel from four days. i am so happy and comfortable here because rooms are so comforrable and food is veey nice of essence restaurant. i am using pool every day. here i am enjoying and talking with manpreet. hs is so carefull.

Too too good experience specially food and hospitality...front desk welcome was superb and relaxing specially Nikita kaur & Loveen very helpful throughout our stay..much visit hotel...room also very neat and clean with all the necessary facilities

Room given was not cleaned. Then they changed the room. Internet didn’t work throughout the day. Tea didn’t come even it was asked at 7 am.
