Special thanks to the front desk manager and the front desk girl who were on night shift duty on the 16th of May. I was complaining about the air conditiin was not cool. The manage came to check. Then the front desk lady called me the first time to check me out. They offered me a change of room, which I did. Then she called me again to check me out when I moved to the second room. I respect the dedication.. Professionalism to the highest quality. Yes. The second still not cool enough for my standard... Pls do something about it. Location is great, breakfast is above average. Convenient location, very clean. The room is very comfortable. Even though the front desk seemed forget to reserve a car for me, but the problem was solved very quickly in the next morning.The welcome fruit plate is a very nice touch I highly recommend this hotel to everyone with confidence.

As a person who often travels and has stayed in many hotels, this hotel really surprised me in many ways. First of all, the location is good. It takes about 15 minutes to get a taxi from the high-speed rail station without much queuing. The hotel is close to Mount Tai and the commercial street. Another surprise is that there is a butler to follow up the service throughout the whole process. From my check-in to check-out, there has always been an exclusive butler. It is not a formality but a real follow-up service throughout the whole process. In addition, before climbing Mount Tai, the staff introduced the best climbing route and prepared hiking poles attentively, which made people feel the warmth and quality of the service. During the stay, the phone and WeChat were always unobstructed, and any small problems could be communicated at any time. The guest rooms are clean and the night view is first-class. When I met the sisters in the corridor, they would take the initiative to say hello. The front desk staff had a good attitude, checked out quickly and gave souvenirs. I like this hotel at the foot of Mount Tai! ! !

Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely will do so next time I’m back in Tai’an. I live in China but brought my parents here to visit Taishan and this hotel was perfect for them. The staff were friendly and helpful, Anna in the lounge and Cece at the front desk both helped answer questions and provided great customer service. The rooms were beautiful with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings and everything was spotless. I particularly appreciated the large bathroom mirror and rainfall shower. The location of the hotel is conveniently near lots of restaurants, shopping options and massage parlors. Also only a 10-15 min drive from the rail stations, mountain and city temple, making getting around quick and simple. Two extra perks, the swimming pool is great and the high speed rail makes it easy to get to Tai’an (we had a 4 hour ride from Shanghai) or nearby Qufu (20min ride to Qufu east station).

The hotel is located near Nantianmen, and you can see the beautiful sunset from the Taohuayuan cableway at the door. The main building may have been painted recently and there was a faint paint smell in the hallway. There is no central air conditioning in the room, but there is an electric heater available. The bedding is okay and looks tidy. Bathing is not possible in the Taishan Scenic Area during the dry season. I already knew this when I made the reservation. Many people may still mind this. The store clerk reminded me repeatedly when calling in advance and when checking in. I just didn’t realize at the time that the flush toilet wouldn’t work either. I had to use a ladle to scoop up the water from the bucket next to me. The key is that there wasn’t much water in the bucket. What would I do if it ran out... The mountains are high and the roads are far away, and transportation is inconvenient. Thank you for your support. Understand it. There is a restaurant in the hotel where you can order food. The price is a little more expensive than down the mountain, and there are not so many choices. But if you want to buy instant noodles with mineral water on the mountain, the price is doubled. It is good to have food and drink, and you also need a bicycle. The hotel has its own tour guide. It gathers at 5:40 in the morning and leaves at 5:50 to watch the sunrise at a niche place. The wind is strong in the morning and the temperature is low. It is recommended that everyone wear more clothes, hats and scarves. The hotel also has military coats. Available for rent. There are not too many people crowded together in the place where you can watch the sunrise, so it is very convenient to take pictures. We were lucky enough to have good weather conditions that day and saw the sunrise.

Checking in and check out was very smooth. Housekeeping (madam 周昱) very courteous and concierge was very helpful in giving directions to where we would like to go. Front desk Rose Leng gave excellent service too. 5 star service! 环境：good

Absolutely perfect! I was pleasantly surprised. Pros: - Very helpful, kind and competent reception staff who checked us in (they speak good English too!) - Very helpful and friendly staff at breakfast - Very clean - Comfortable bed! And nice bedding. - Stunning view of Mount Tai - Very good breakfast - Good aircon! Cons: - 5-10 min didi to mall/supermarket/food outlets (this really isn’t an issue - you can use didi’s electric mopeds found nearby which is cool)

The only downside is that the bathroom in the room I live in is easy to block. Easy parking; It is also convenient to find a restaurant to eat. There is a Longtan Road next to the hotel. There is a ”good Jia” canteen across the road. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided. The price of leeks and vegetables is the same. The price of the catty is sold (Breakfast is not) ～ I personally feel that the price is fair and the dishes taste good. It is also convenient to the attractions, about 2 kilometers from the temple, about 3 kilometers from the Red Gate mountaineering, you can take the bus or take a taxi. If you like hiking, you can walk directly to these attractions. Personally feel that this hotel is still relatively cost-effective, and it is a good choice for self-driving tours or self-service tours.
