"The room is card-operated and has a separate bedside and small cabinet. It is very convenient to have an independent bathroom in the room. The aunt cleans it every day. There are hangers, a public balcony for drying clothes, and a common area for eating. Free drinking water, the accommodation is very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and there is no deposit required to check in. There are shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. The location is very good. It is next to a shopping mall and not far from the subway station. There is a bus stop sign when you go out."

YYanaThe lady in the hotel very amazing, always trying to help , always took my baggage up and down. This is very great full from her. My baggage is huge. The room was clean, the only think I don’t like is the bath drain, and that the toilet close to the bath :) everything else was perfect. I have some problems with check -in first, it was a little bit disappointment at first, cause I lost a lot of time to solve it, but everything was solved and I got the better room. Thanks.

GGuest UserDon't let the name 'guesthouse' mislead you; the rooms were spotlessly clean, completely odor-free, and the linens were perfectly dry. Right outside, you'll find a local community canteen. The room rates offer excellent value, and the location is superb, being very close to Nanjing Road, The Bund, and People's Square.

GGuest UserIt’s really good to book this house near Disney. The owner is very warm and considerate, and has a good service attitude. He will take the initiative to help with luggage. The store also provides Disney pick-up and drop-off service, and you can store luggage for free. The room is also very hygienic and clean, with its own layout and arrangement. Although it is small, it is well-equipped. The disadvantage is that the sound insulation effect is average, but the store thoughtfully used sound insulation cotton. Except for the sound of walking outside the corridor, the sound from other rooms is basically inaudible.

MM29421****We booked late and only one room was left on the first floor. The room wasn't big, but it had a small balcony overlooking the old street's river, which offered a nice view. Unfortunately, there didn't seem to be any fish in the river. The guesthouse's location was quite convenient; it was just a left turn at the first intersection into the old street. It was very convenient whether you were going out or just strolling through the old street.

GGuest UserBooked for an exhibition, it should be an old house, the room layout is very compact, travel is very convenient, although not very close to Longyang Station, but acceptable, there are many restaurants around, this is a plus point. In addition, the boss is nice, heard that I was attending the exhibition, he arranged for his own car to take me to the venue after breakfast, must praise.

AAsia Traveler from GERI recently stayed at this hotel in Shanghai. The location was excellent, close to public transportation and within easy reach of the main attractions, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city. The service from the staff was good, and they were polite and willing to help whenever needed.
However, some of the amenities could be improved. For example, the washing machine did not work properly, which was a bit frustrating during my stay. With better maintenance of these facilities, the overall experience would be much smoother.
Even so, the hotel offered a comfortable stay with reliable service and a great location. With a few upgrades to the amenities, it has the potential to be an even better choice for visitors to Shanghai.
