Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

Armour is a very nice motel. The service is speedy and friendly. The facilities provide for everything that we need. Cafes and restaurants are nearby.

Really quiet location as it is right on the golf course. Great views over the ocean if you fancy a walk. Rooms have been newly refurbished with natural tones, soft lighting at headboard, comfortable bed with an array of pillows. Central light panel controls all room lighting - have a play! Really good desk space for work options, with desk light for ample lighting and power right there whilst working. No stretching of cords or having to share with the kettle. TV with great reception live TV. Spacious bathroom with toilet, large shower, large mirror and vanity space, 2 power points and sink. Reasonable water pressure and good temperature but could not tell which was hot or cold. Trial and error Breakfast included is good and tasty, basic with eggs, bacon, baked beans, hash browns and fried rice, selection of different toast and banana bread, coffee, tea, juices. Could probably do with some fresh fruit as well as an offering. Nice bush outlook at breakfast and plenty of seating. I had a corner room so my view was not the best - disappointing! The pool is beautiful and the spa is warm, even in the middle of August. I would come back but better view next time as the hotel was not full midweek. I would highly recommend a stay!

It was unfortunate our hairdryer in our room exploded noted accident do happen and we have to move room in the middle of the night but we do love the place and the service was friendly and we noted they try to address and resolve our issues immediately. But was not a very pleasant experience that I had to face unfortunately………

Great hotel with excellent service and value for money. I accidentally left 700 AUD in the room safe after check-out and only realized it at the airport. The staff handled it quickly and professionally, and I got my money back without any hassle. The hotel feels very safe and quiet, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff are friendly. The location is perfect — opposite Southern Cross Station, easy for trains and the airport, with a Coles supermarket across the street. The area is very walkable. This hotel is located close to Terminal 4 of Melbourne Airport, reachable on foot. The check-in experience is fast and happens by typing in all your details in an online form that, once approved, it allows you to get an automatic receipt and room key. The restaurant is lovely and offers delicious food. The rooms are quite comfortable. The only downside is that they don’t provide in-room water. Excellent choice if you have a night layover or if your flight is delayed.

Loved the cool retro vibe at Ovolo South Yarra! If you’re into pop art and something a bit different, this place nails it. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. The room was clean, and well thought out—maybe on the smaller side, but still comfortable. Best of all is the location—right near Chapel Street with plenty to do just a short walk away. Perfect spot for exploring South Yarra with loads of personality.

Choose carefully. All aspects of the accommodation are OK, it should be noted that the hotel has a side of the road is a cemetery.

No power for majority of our stay. This mean no air conditioning, no lifts to assist with luggage, no tv, hot water, working fridge or cooking facilities, no spa, limited gym, very dark passage ways and no lighting in car park and some stair wells. The onsite cafe was closed and even the pedal karts the kids wanted to use were all broken and not able to use. Staff considering the issues were lovely and the resort itself was how we hoped, but needed up wasting our time and money for this stay. No offer of compensation or refund. Very disappointed.

Unexpectedly comfortable! The room is spacious, the kitchenware is complete, and the bedding is comfortable. It is so comfortable to enjoy the massage chair and bathtub after climbing the mountain! There are often dozens of ducks playing in the small pond outside the French window, kangaroos jumping on the lawn from morning to night, and flocks of parrots and beautiful birds.
