Beautiful, clean, fresh smell of wood in the room. The shower was excellent. The entire facility is beautiful and clean with great service on top of a mountain in Switzerland. The funicular that brings you up to the lodge is so cool with the best views. There is a parking lot at the bottom of the mountain at the funicalar entrance for 14 francs/day. The lodge is right next to the funicular. The breakfast buffet is really good quality extra charge. Beautiful hiking trails. Everything is perfect at this lodge. Highly recommend.

Guys, yesterday, we had a night stop near Lucerne at Schloss Hotel and shared our lunch at Swiss Chalet restaurant with the whole family. Kids were happy with their “monstruous hamburgers“ with French fries. My wife and I started with the curry soup with prawns and went on with the “Rösti & Leberli“, a typical recette. We had a walk after that, to see those nearby very old Swiss Chalets and enjoyed a quiet night, just over the lake shore. A unexpected nice experience and all in all, a very affordable package indeed.

we stayed one night before going to Alpamare with our 2 kids (5 and 7), we had a room on 3rd floor with a nice view on the lake. It was very quiet, the bed was huge. the staff was very friendly, the parking next to the hotel is included, which is very convenient. the hotel is one minute away from Alpamare, the is also a shopping center close by. We had dinner at the restaurent OLEA and the food was good but the service was extremely poor and slow. We had to ask 3 times to get a beer and we never got the wine list after asking several times. the breakfast was good,including fresh orange juice but the scrambed eggs were cold in the buffet and some croissants seemed to be from the day before. I can recommand the hotel but not the restaurent.

I booked a three night stay here for myself and son aged 2.5. I found the journey from Zurich airport easy. I took the train to HB then changed to a train to Brunnen. I did switch at Zug. Then the 504 bus to the hotel was 10 minutes from Brunnen station. Overall it took just under 2 hours. There was some confusion at check in. I booked via ********** and assumed I was in the hotel. I was not aware there were apartments, and these are treated differently from hotel guests. After discussing this with management, we agreed I could pay an additional fee to be treated as a hotel guest. This was much better as it included full board food for my son, breakfast for both of us, towels/robes and lots more extras. Had I just been in the apartment, I would have had to check out at 10am whereas hotel/hostel is 11am. Also check in for apartments is at 4pm whereas hotel/hostel in 3pm. Breakfast is charged at CHF 27 per person/per day and children’s meals are CHF 9 per meal. Also, the gym is charged at CHF 15 per person/per day. As you can see it can get very expensive. I found the apartment to be very spacious and comfortable. It was frustrating having to navigate finding the apartment in the dark as the signs were not clear and it was difficult to navigate some steps with the buggy. The restaurant was great for the children’s meals/ Plenty to choose from. The restaurants did get busy but I never booked and was always able to get a table. At lunch I did not want to eat so little one only ate, I felt like the waitresses did not like this and kept asking if I wanted to order something. The kids facilities are the best. The play area is great with lots of fun toys. Sadly parents let their children run unsupervised but that’s not the hotels fault. Ethan also went to TOM’s Happy Club one morning whilst I went to the gym. The pool was also great. Plenty to keep the children entertained. We also enjoyed the cinema room. There isn’t much local to the hotel unless you have a car but we were only there for a few days so it was ok for us. Overall I would recommend this hotel for families. So much to keep children happy. The Staff are so friendly and helpful. They were able to store our baggage until the room was ready. Thier outdoor cafe overlooks Lake Lucerne and they offer English menus. the staff are first rate. Then you get your room,,, Amazing. Very spacious and the view from your patio is non-stop beauty. The location is easy access to the train station, many restaurants. there are a lot of excursions on the lake available. Did I mention the view from your balcony?

Really lovely hotel that exceeded expectations. The room was big and clean. The kitchenette in particular was useful to have, and pots, pans, cutlery, etc were provided when requested. Shirete was an amazing, welcoming receptionist, incredibly helpful - no request was too much. The hotel is also situated in a great location if you want to visit Lucerne, Zurich and even Interlaken. Also a fantastic location for views of Mt Rigi. Would definitely stay here again for future central Switzerland visits.

Mon séjour au Panorama Resort & Spa à Feusisberg a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Situé majestueusement au-dessus du pittoresque lac de Zurich, cet hôtel offre une expérience de vacances inoubliable tant par son emplacement spectaculaire que par ses prestations haut de gamme. Perché sur une colline surplombant le lac de Zurich l'emplacement de l'hôtel offre une vue à couper le souffle. Chaque matin, je me réveillais avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur les eaux scintillantes du lac et les sommets enneigés des montagnes alentour. La tranquillité et la sérénité de cet endroit sont vraiment incomparables. Lors de mon arrivée, le professionnalisme et gentillesse du personnel étaient remarquables. J'ai séjourné au sein d’une très belle suite avec vue sur le lac et je n'aurais pas pu rêver mieux. Le lit était luxueux et douillet garantissant des nuits de sommeil reposant après une journée bien remplie à explorer la région. Le Panorama Resort & Spa propose une gamme complète de services et d'équipements de classe mondiale. Le spa entièrement rénové était une oasis de détente où il est possible de se ressourcer et de se faire choyer avec une variété de soins de bien-être. Vous y retrouverez tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. La piscine intérieure est grande, et la piscine chauffée extérieure offrait une vue panoramique sur le lac ce qui rendait la baignade encore plus agréable. Un pur bonheur surtout avec le ciel rosé lors du coucher de soleil. Il est possible de se restaurer au Spa Akari tout au long de la journée à l’étage avec le très généreux buffet proposé. Les options gastronomiques proposées par les restaurants de l'hôtel étaient tout simplement délicieuses. Que ce soit pour le petit-déjeuner avec un large choix de produits locaux, mais aussi plus exotique de grande qualité. Concernant le dîner, j’ai été impressionné par la qualité et la diversité des plats proposés. Le premier soir, j’ai pu tester le restaurant Collina où l’on retrouve des plats d’une finesse incroyable. Mon choix s’est porté sur : steak tartare, chateaubriand sauce béarnaise, dessert chocolat, brownie fruits, exquis !!! Pour le dernier soir, je me devais de réaliser l’expérience du restaurant Loy Fah de l’Hôtel qui compte 14 points au Gault & Millau. Là encore un service irréprochable et une qualité de plat exceptionnelle. J’ai opté pour le Contemporary Thai set Menu 1 qui se décompose en 4 plats ainsi que de délicieux cocktails à la présentation très originale et au goût succulent. L’Hôtel propose également une multitude d'activités pour les clients. Il est possible de profiter de randonnées dans les environs ou de se rendre rapidement au centre de Zurich. La région regorge de sites culturels et historiques à découvrir
