Additionally, the Hotel features a variety of authentic cuisine at its six restaurants and bars, and it has a complete range of recreational facilities including the award-winning OM Spa, state-of-the-art gym, an outdoor pool and an indoor heated swimming pool.

"The room's decor and facilities are basically from the 1990s. There's no drinking water provided in the room; you have to get it yourself from a dispenser in the hallway. On the day I stayed, there was also a pipe repair at the airport. When I checked in, I was told the toilet in my room couldn't flush and would be fixed by 6 PM. However, from the time I got back to my room that evening until I checked out the next morning, the toilet was only flushing with sewage. I was truly disgusted! I didn't get much sleep that night either. The bed was too soft, and I was itching, I'm not sure if it was from dust mites or bed bugs. The biggest and only advantage is its location, making it suitable for layovers, early morning flights, or aviation enthusiasts."

"the internet connection is really good and the room is bigger than the ones you normally find in HK. Except if you go for the real expensive hotels. A very negative aspect is the location though. Far away from the next metro station. Don't follow the instructions you get from the worthless Google map. These ****** in Google will make your life a misery. The best way is the following (as also shown in the attached photos): -take exit A -turn right towards the footbridge -head straight to the stairs. Notice, for the exit there are no electric escalators! -turn left until you arrive at the next traffic lights - turn right and after the second traffic light the hotel is on your left hand side. Another useful tip, if you need to go to the airport , you're better off to take the bus. A22 or A29. Is closer to the hotel."

"Excellent hotel! They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport and Tung Chung MTR station, making it super convenient for shopping at Citygate Outlets. The only minor drawback is the lack of a shuttle to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port. The room was very clean, and while not huge, it was modern and tidy. I'd suggest the hotel consider adding a shuttle service to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port."

The boutique panda-themed Panda Hotel is located in the heart of Tsuen Wan, close to the Tseun Wan and Tai Wo Hau MTR stations. This Hong Kong hotel offers a range of budget rooms which are simple and modern and equipped with all the standard amenities in addition to flatscreen TVs. Deluxe rooms offer a couch, bed and nightstands, while suites offer a separate sitting and dining area. This hotel houses a business center and a number of function spaces, including a grand ballroom, which are suitable for a range of events. One on-site restaurant, Simplicity, are located on the premises serving European and Asian fare. Shuttle buses run from this hotel to Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, AEL Tsing Yi Station and Hong Kong West Kowloon Station. This hotel also offers a range of leisure facilities including fitness center, steam and sauna room and outdoor swimming pool.

"First off, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, which was unbearable given the hot weather. They did help us switch rooms later. The only downside was that the front desk phone was practically impossible to reach; you had to go downstairs yourself to ask anything. Second, the bathroom facilities were a bit old-fashioned, and the bathtub was quite low. Third, regarding transportation, there's an airport shuttle right on the G floor, and downstairs there's a supermarket and restaurants, all very convenient. Getting to the MTR station is easy; you just tap your Octopus card downstairs, and you get a HK$2 discount daily when going to Tai Wo Hau by MTR. The hotel's shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui has also been adjusted. Overall, it's still a good value-for-money hotel. I hope the hotel staff's service attitude can improve; that would make it even better."

Hotel near Tsim Sha Tsui,Hong Kong
The Kowloon Hotel is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, close to the Hong Kong waterfront, the Hong Kong Cultural Center, the Space Museum and the Star Ferry Terminal. It's also within walking distance of the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. This hotel offers a range of room types, all of which feature contemporary-style furnishings and high-speed broadband Internet access (two devices per room). Guestrooms also feature safes, hairdryers, LCD TVs and IDD phones. Harbour Club guests on the hotel's upper floors enjoy exclusive access to the Harbour Club Lounge. Guests can choose from smoking and non-smoking floors.Guests can enjoy luxury dim sum and Chinese cuisine at Loong Yat Heen, international fare served à la carte or buffet-style at The Window Café, and light meals, drinks and sandwiches at Coffee Corner. Drinks and cocktails are available at The Middle Row Bar.This Hong Kong hotel houses a business center and two function rooms which can be used for a range of events.

"For Tsim Sha Tsui, this place is quite affordable, around 800 a night. The room is very small, and the ventilation system is almost non-existent; they provide an air purifier. The bedding is generally damp. It's best to leave one of the two key cards in the room to keep the air conditioning on all day. There are slippers but no dental kit, and all the facilities are quite compact. There's a bathtub, but it's combined with the showerhead. Anyway, that's how accommodation is in Hong Kong: if you want it cheap, the environment won't be great, and if you want spaciousness and a good environment, it will definitely be expensive. The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access to Tsim Sha Tsui East Station and Tsim Sha Tsui Station. You can walk underground to K11 and Harbour City, and Nathan Road is right outside. It's about a 15-minute walk straight to Victoria Harbour."

Hotel near Mong Kok,Hong Kong
MK STAY is located in the core area of Mong Kok, close to Nathan Road. It is one of the popular tourist destinations in Hong Kong. The location is excellent, with everything you need for eating, drinking and entertainment available. In order to meet the needs of all types of travelers, we provide 6 different room types, with a total of 100 non-smoking rooms. All rooms feature free wireless Internet access, free local calls and free local TV channels. MKSTAY is also considerate to provide barrier-free facilities for people in need. Finally, our front desk colleagues are 24 hours services for you. Every morning, free self-service coffee is provided in the hotel lobby to welcome you have a good new day. Wish you a happy and enjoyable journey!

"I actually stayed at MK Stay for three nights, even though I only booked one night on Trip. But it doesn't matter, I'll put all my reviews here. First, let's talk about the only drawback of the room: there was a strange odor when I first entered the room. Thankfully, the diligent air conditioning quickly eliminated it. Of course, when the AC was off, the smell would slowly return (cue a wry smile). Alright, everything else deserves full marks. My excellent first impression began at the front desk on the first floor during check-in. The staff's efficient yet polite communication made me feel that choosing this hotel was the right decision. Of course, I also did some preparation before checking in. Regarding the deposit, you can pay in Hong Kong dollars, but only with cash. And I'm also more or less familiar with other regulations in Hong Kong's accommodation industry. The room's facilities visually resembled those of a Japanese business hotel. Although everything visible was very mini, the storage and placement were thoughtful. Since I booked a double bed, each bed had a warm-toned reading light, which was a nice small detail. The bathroom was a narrow, rectangular style, and the exquisite floor tiles made me feel at home. The hot water temperature was excellent. Taking a hot shower in the summer of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, followed by the intense air conditioning after stepping out of the bathroom, filled me with happiness. As a basic self-requirement for a civilized tourist, I called the front desk several times to ask where to dispose of trash and where I should place it for the hotel staff to collect from my room. The hotel front desk staff always answered my questions. Tremendous! Other small details: This time, I happened to visit MK Stay during a yellow rainstorm warning. These past few days, whenever I left my room and passed through the hotel lobby, I was always drawn to a super cute coffee machine in the corner. On a sunny day, not many people might pay attention to it, but if you've been drenched by rain or are about to head out into the rain, a hot coffee from this machine really makes you appreciate the hotel's attention to service details. Thank you also for the complimentary luggage storage service. Next time I visit Mong Kok and book your hotel, I hope I can get a room with better natural light, haha 😄. I don't even need to mention the hotel's location; it's excellent, perfect for those who want to spend a few days leisurely exploring Mong Kok."

Booking a hotel can feel like a lucky dip, and you can't always rely solely on the review section. I saw a lot of negative comments when I booked this place, but I thought the price was reasonable and the location was great, so I decided to go for it. Turned out, the whole experience was a delightful surprise – practically a perfect score! 😍 First, let's talk about the location. It's right next to the busiest area of Causeway Bay, yet surprisingly quiet because it's next to the library and Victoria Park, which is their sports park with tons of soccer and basketball courts. It offers an open view and a peaceful environment. Downstairs, there are Ding Ding tram stops and various city bus stops, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The MTR stations (Causeway Bay and Tin Hau) are a few minutes' walk away, but after staying there, I realized that's not important at all. Buses are actually much cheaper and more convenient than the MTR, unless you're going somewhere very far. There's really no need to insist on taking the MTR. Even when we left with our luggage, walking those few minutes to the MTR didn't feel far at all. Secondly, the staff's service attitude was excellent. The front desk guy saw I had two kids and upgraded me directly to a larger bed, and on a higher floor too! That was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. From the window, there was a beautiful sea view of Victoria Harbour! 😀 I didn't experience any of the common complaints like slow elevators, probably because my family tends to go out late and come back late. All in all, I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong!

To celebrate our anniversary, the hotel upgraded my city-view room to a racecourse-view room. The racecourse view was magnificent, and I imagine it would be even more exciting on a Wednesday race day. Due to environmental considerations, you need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but you can also buy them at the hotel for a very reasonable $1. Regarding the location, you need to use the underground tunnel from the hotel entrance to reach Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, which takes about ten to fifteen minutes.

South Nest was surprisingly good. Tucked away in a neat little area at the backside of Hong Kong but easily accessible from downtown by public transportation. The area is nice and offers some good local food options and there are a few art galleries nearby. Staff are friendly and quick and the rooms are not big but are actually quite perfect if you don't need extra space. The large window and the view are also nice, and the common area is cozy and clean.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Nathan hotel. The overall experience was far below my expectations. First, the front desk female staff were impolite and unprofessional during the check-in process. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. To make matters even more disappointing, the day of my check-in was my birthday, and I had hoped to enjoy a pleasant stay. Instead, it turned into a very frustrating experience. After entering my room, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. The room remained uncomfortably warm despite adjusting the temperature. I contacted the hotel, and an engineer came to inspect the air conditioner. He turned off the main power and restarted the system, but the problem remained unresolved. Rather than offering to change my room or provide an effective solution, the hotel simply gave us a fan. Providing a fan is not an acceptable solution to a faulty air conditioning system. The room remained hot and uncomfortable throughout the stay, which seriously affected my comfort, sleep quality, and overall experience. Given the poor service, the lack of professionalism, and the unresolved air conditioning issue, I believe the hotel failed to provide the standard of accommodation that guests should reasonably expect. Another male front desk staff member escorted us to Room 1004 on the Executive Floor. However, the room only had one king-size bed, and the hotel informed us that they could only provide a foldaway bed. This was completely different from the room type I had booked. My reservation was clearly for a room with two double beds, so I do not understand why the hotel failed to provide the room type that I had reserved and confirmed. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and added to my disappointment with the overall stay. The next day, the Duty Assistant Manager offered us two alternative rooms. However, neither of them was satisfactory. The first room was on the 10th floor, but it still had only one king-size bed, which did not match my original reservation. The second room was on the 5th floor and contained four twin beds in the form of two bunk beds. This room was clearly not comparable to the Executive Floor room that I had originally booked and was not suitable for our needs. I made my booking based on the expectation that the hotel would provide the room type that was confirmed in my reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to do so, which significantly affected our stay. In addition to the issues mentioned above, the hair dryer in our room was also defective because the power plug had come loose and could not be used safely. I contacted the front desk to request a replacement hair dryer, but I was informed that the Housekeeping team first needed to come to the room to verify the issue before a replacement could be provided. This unnecessary process caused further inconvenience during our stay. I would, however, like to recognize the professionalism and excellent service provided by the Housekeeping staff and the bellboy. They were polite, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay, and they deserve to be commended for their efforts. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk staff. Their attitude was consistently disappointing from check-in to check-out. The male staff member who assisted us during check-out was also unfriendly and unprofessional. I believe the front desk team requires further customer service training to improve their attitude and the way they communicate with guests. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I will not stay at Nathan Hotel again, nor will I recommend it to others. I sincerely hope that Trip.com and the hotel will take this complaint seriously and provide a fair resolution to this matter.

I had a wonderful stay at WAKE Concept Hotel during my recent trip to Hong Kong. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR Station, making it very convenient to explore the city, visit attractions, and find local restaurants nearby. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although the room size is compact, which is common in Hong Kong, the layout is efficient and provides everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were good. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. For travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and good-value hotel in a central location, WAKE Concept Hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Wow, I was really impressed by the thoughtful touches the moment I walked in! For a central Hong Kong location, this hostel offers pretty good value for money. I did my homework before coming (once in Spain, I didn't plan ahead and almost got pickpocketed!). While Hong Kong's streets and alleys are narrow and prices are high, the experience here is much better than the guesthouses I stayed at in Korea and Japan. I can even say this in my (bad) Cantonese – I'm a huge TVB fan! The transportation is super convenient; just take the elevator from Tsim Sha Tsui Exit D1 directly to the 13th floor, and the front desk is right there (it's very noticeable, and the chubby guy at the front desk is quite cute). I carefully checked my booking details before arriving and contacted the hostel 48 hours in advance, so the self-check-in process was incredibly smooth and easy. The building itself is a very typical Hong Kong commercial-residential building, making you feel like you're on a TVB set – it has so much character! I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance! The only minor regret is that the Mixue Ice Cream & Tea (bubble tea shop) across the street closed down, and other bubble tea places are a bit pricey – Hong Kong is quite expensive, haha. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was especially cool for me to stay in this particular building because it's where the famous movie 'Chungking Express' was filmed. That alone makes the place special and gives it a unique vibe. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool, which was especially important in the hot and humid weather. I also want to give a special shout-out to the host. He was very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in was quick, and I was even able to check in earlier than the set time.
