We stayed at Center Hotel in Xi’an and were very happy with our choice. We booked a room with two double beds and a view of the Bell Tower — and it turned out to be the best decision! The view from the window is absolutely stunning, especially in the evening and at night when the Bell Tower is beautifully illuminated. It creates a unique atmosphere and makes the stay truly memorable. The hotel itself left only positive impressions: everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, we really enjoyed everything. Great location, amazing views, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again

Right outside the hotel, you’ll find plenty of street food stalls, the vibrant Muslim Quarter, and countless restaurants, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, especially with guests who don’t speak Chinese. A special mention also goes to the breakfast team, who stood out for their attentiveness and friendliness. The breakfast itself was good, with a decent variety to choose from. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished in a modern style. I especially appreciated the Dyson hairdryer — such a nice touch to have even while traveling. And the mattress deserves a special mention: one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, truly outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. My only regret is that I only spent two nights, because everything about this hotel was simply lovely.

My stay in Xi’an this time was truly wonderful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the room was spacious with a beautiful sense of design. You can see the Xi’an City Wall, and the atmosphere is amazing — it’s also perfect for photos. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. This hostel has an amazing location! There are several highly-rated restaurants from Dazhong Dianping's must-eat list within 1km. If you're coming to Xi'an for noodles, like me, you absolutely have to choose this place, haha! It's also very clean, and they ask you to change into slippers when you enter. This is the first time I've encountered a hostel that's both affordable and has strict rules (like no smoking, they have a dedicated smoking room). There's an elevator inside the hostel, but you still have to climb a small flight of stairs. The four-person room has eight people sharing two bathrooms. The only minor drawback is that both are Western-style toilets; it would be perfect if one was a squat toilet to accommodate different preferences. It's located in Dapi Lane, basically inside the Muslim Quarter, surrounded by delicious food. The downside to this is that shared bikes aren't allowed to park inside the alley; you have to find a parking spot at the alley entrance. So, no matter if you're taking a taxi or a shared bike, you'll have to walk a bit, but it's only a few hundred meters, so not too far. I truly recommend this hostel. I'm currently staying at a hostel in another city and constantly missing the facilities and strict rules of this one 😢

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, very close to the airport, which is super convenient for travelers catching early flights or those on a layover. Plus, getting to the city center takes about 30 minutes by public transport, so getting around is easy. There are many restaurants, eateries, and shops around the hotel, making life very convenient. You won't have to worry about food or shopping at all. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The overall environment was very relaxing, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. What touched me the most were the hotel owners. They are incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and helpful, always willing to assist whenever needed. The owner even personally picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, which was a huge help. They even gave us small gifts, which made us feel incredibly warm and welcome. I truly felt cared for and welcomed here. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right outside Bell Tower subway station and across from Kaiyuan Shopping Mall, making getting around a breeze. The room was spotless, and the gentleman on the ground floor was very welcoming, even helping us with our luggage all the way to the subway entrance when we checked out. Breakfast offered a great variety, and they even had afternoon tea. Our child got tired from exploring in the morning, so we could relax at the hotel with afternoon tea before heading out again in the evening. We forgot to bring a pencil sharpener for our child, and the front desk thoughtfully sent a robot to deliver one to our room. When we checked out, the front desk ladies were all very friendly and even gave us a thoughtful little gift. Next time we visit Xi'an, we'll definitely choose Novotel again.

The owner was incredibly warm and friendly, even offering pick-up and drop-off services. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the hot water for showering was excellent. The location was convenient yet quiet. During Chinese New Year, it was extremely busy, and we couldn't get tickets, but the owner went out of her way to help us secure them. The food was absolutely delicious – we tried the Yellow River catfish, free-range chicken, stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots, and various wild vegetables, all of which tasted fantastic. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely choose to stay here again!

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and the front desk was very enthusiastic to upgrade the room type. The room was located at the 4 corners of the floor, with 2 large floor-to-ceiling windows, which was a pleasant surprise.
