We have stayed again in Kingsford hotel because this is our favorite hotel in Metro Manila. Thankful that the hotel kept the room for us as we arrived early morning in the next day. We also have another reservation on the next day and the hotel did not let us checkout and checkin anymore. Thank you for the good service!

I'm completely satisfied during our stay here. The essential twin room that we stayed in is far larger compared to other competitors, the room also has more life in it. Staff were all helpful and greets you everytime, it gives you a sense that you are always welcome. Location is very strategic but you have to walk 300-500 meters to reach Runway Manila if you're staying because of a NAIA T3 flight (this is it's only downside compared to Belmont) but a plus is you're staying in Newport City and it has plenty to offer. The gym is also well equipped and it is located just adjacent to the hotel pool. Breakfast Buffet is excellent. The taho station is a nice Pinoy touch for anyone returning to the country when they've been away for years. Book this hotel if you want convenience and value for money.

I recommend this hotel especially for someone who prefers staying near NAIA airport. The staff are all professional and helpful. I arrived past 10pm already from travel and they accommodated me without any delays. The area is also safe compared to other places in Manila. There's a coffee shop nearby as well. The housekeeping also makes sure I have my daily supply of water which I'm very grateful for, no need for me to call additional service for that. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. P.S please hug the guard sniffing dog for me. They are all well trained.

This was a last-minute booking made around 10 PM. I requested a one-bed setup instead of two twin beds, and the front desk staff was very helpful in accommodating us with a queen bed. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. Amenities were good, and the housekeeping staff were polite and consistently greeted guests they encountered. The pool and gym were also nice and well-maintained. For breakfast, we arrived close to 9 AM, which was peak time, and the line was very long. We waited around 25–30 minutes just to be seated, and our table was not ready. We were asked to proceed to the buffet first. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not worth the price of PHP 1,500 per person. The food options were limited, and most items were cold, except for the boiled eggs and brewed coffee. I tried most of the selections, including the congee and noodles, it was very cold. This was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the staff member clearing tables was excellent, very helpful, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable about service. As someone from the hospitality industry, I understand the challenges of operations, especially during peak hours. Overall, check-out was easy and smooth.

I get it, I booked a budget hotel and shouldn't really expect much. And I didn't. But was pleasantly surprised with how nice and courteous their staff were. From the security guards to the front desk clerks - they were all so pleasant and accommodating. Now for the ”bad” part: the check-in process was tedious! Granted it was New Year's eve and they probably were overbooked - but they really need to figure out a better system of booking. Tempers flared and voices raised! The Titas were not pleased! haha! Also, they could use some refurbishing: floor tiles literally taped (as in scotch taped!) on the floor! The desk in the room is wobbly and broken. My biggest beef though is this: I had my room cleaned thinking they would replenish the toiletries or at least keep the ones I partly used. Instead I returned to a room without toilet paper and they took out my used towel which was hanging on the rack (isn't it a universal rule that if you hang your towels, you intend to use it again?) so now, I'm left with just 1 (the extra) towel. I mean, why remove the toilet paper?! If they were not going to replace it with a fresh, new roll, at least leave whatever was left from the previous day! It really took them more time, energy and effort to remove what was there - which I barely touched, by the way. Just seemed odd! Also, the breakfast buffet, while quite affordable at P450 per person, is really not that exciting. You're better off going to the Jollibee next door or get one of those microwaveable meals from 7-11 (also at the ground floor). Checking out was quicker, except for the super long wait for elevators!

During my first stay at the hotel, the room was quite good it was located on the upper floor. There was a small space for my belongings to put in and a coffee table with chairs, but during my next stay and just recently my room was located on lower floor, the room seems to be getting small with no side tables and chairs where I can put my belongings or to have coffee or eat the food that I bought from outside the hotel. Hopefully on my next visit I could have a better room just like the first time I stayed at the hotel. And someone will assist me to locate the room so I'm not lost. For me, I recommend this hotel, it's accessible to all.

Whenever i come home and need to stay in mnl, i typically look for places that offer amenities i haven’t tried. I’M hotel offered those amenities- a unique and good sized length lap pool as well as the Onsen Spa. I was sold. The pool area was gorgeous especially at night with their “birdcage” cabanas. The Spa oh darling if i could use that more than was recommended, I would have! Bonus points for the massage and personalized service as well as the rooftop bar and views 😍 I want to also send a shout out to the professional , helpful and utterly amazing staff. I believe that a business has a huge chance of longevity mainly due to how wonderful the staff takes care of the guests needs. Front desk helped us navigate with checking in and out, getting our rides and helping us with other needs- be it housekeeping, dining or other tasks. Housekeeping, pool guys, food and beverage people, and security went above and beyond with their responsibilities. I have no complaints. I also would like to point out something that I hope to be taken into consideration. While we were there for 2 days, we had limited options for drinks during breakfast. Being in a tropical country- having local flavors would be such a great addition to the buffet spread. Calamansi or Mango juices would have been very much appreciated. Otherwise everything was wonderful. Thank you I’M hotel for making it a relaxing stay.

I book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair. 2. The wall got painted falling. 3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working. 4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it. 5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair). 6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay. 7. No fridge, and iron. 8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security 9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it. 10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi. 11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble. Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night. Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe room was big. Staff was friendly. The only downside about our stay was the sink. The floor was always wet because of it and had to wait for the rubber mat but we never got it. Hotel was near many restaurants and convenience stores.

SShenlan314Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too. **Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology. **Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised). **Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room. **Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.

MMiranda and Purag TravelThis was my third stay at The Bayview, and once again it didn’t disappoint. My room on the 11th floor offered a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset—truly the highlight of my stay. The Christmas decorations around the property added a beautiful, festive atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast featured delicious Filipino food along with great coffee. Transportation was easy, as taxis and Grab rides were readily available after checkout. The guard and hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Another wonderful stay!❤️💪

GGuest UserWe booked it the location is convenient near the Mall and public transportation. Also near other stuff like drugstore and Fast food. The room was big but it didn't feel like they cleaned it well enough. I wanted to use the bathtub but the drain stopper was missing. Bathroom was ok for the most part has a bidet which is great but no shower head you can take on or off if you wanna do a half bath and not shower. The TV was broken I think it needs changing. The aircon was so weak the first day I was sweating all night. The staff are ok polite and very kind and accommodating. Even though the streets are busy it was quiet for the most part.Stayed for 4 nights,it was cheap so every thing kinda balanced it out I guess.

MMommy sheAll good except when checking in. Arrived 12:30pm but was advised to come back at 2PM since no rooms were available yet. Went to Sm 1st then came back at 2:20 pm and there were two long lines already. Only 2 counters for regular customers and one line for seniors and with babies. Assisted already by quarter to 4 pm. So 2 hrs in line and no AC in the lobby at that time. Got a headache aftr since its so hot. Was hoping that the FO assisted me already when I arrived and just assigned a room after. It was the only issue I encounter and hoping that they have a resolution for the next holidays to prevent this if they knew there will be a lot of guests. Checked in Hotel 101 in Moa during holidays too but it was so fast and no long queue of lines.

GGuest UserThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close. However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think. All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
