Stage Coach Inn

This is a very iconic hotel. I am very happy to made this reservation. Love the interior and localized design. It made me feels like I am in my home. Also, the service and cleanliness were really good. I stayed two night here. The hotel made up my room and provided new towels and other sanitary stuffs.
Kelly Inn Billings

We stayed twice in April - going to and from the grandkids. The first stay was fine - although odd half size pillows prompted my wife to buy regular ones for the trip back, but there were normal pillows on the way back. On the way back were were disappointed with 1) left over sox in drawer, 2) half eaten stinky salad in the fridge, 3) placed next to another room with a dog and a pass door - our dog was trying to understand the dog smells for an hour or two....but most concerning of all, 4) during the evening and taking the dog out, we found 3 external doors which were propped open. We did not appreciate that from a safety standpoint. It's too bad since we really like the pet policy at the Kelly Inn....but we have to feel safe at our age!
Holiday Inn Great Falls-Convention Center

Hotel itself was nice. Still under construction but clean. Front desk staff were all super friendly and nice. The older lady working in the restaurant for breakfast was extremely rude. Tried taking my kids there for breakfast and we ended up walking out. She rolled her eyes and heavy sighed at us for wanting to order to go, so then I said we would sit and order if that was easier for her? She acted like there was no where for us to sit amd saod shes about to get really busy. Only 3 other tables were sat at the time of our arrival. After seating us she sat about 4 other tables 5 minutes later. She got their drink orders and seemed super friendly to everyone else but never came back to help us. So we got up and left.

I loved this little hotel middle in the city. I saw a lot of comments around before i booked that this hotel isn't be the best but i experienced it by myself and was amazed. I got a little room with balcony which was sadly not clean. I went to the office and got a new amazing room without problems in just some minutes. I was extend mx staying more then once and this always without problems. If you need anything everyone is open to help you there and always available. I forgot my card inside and no problems to get a new one, my problems with losing power in the room was handled fast at the main break. I felt like home from the start. Anytime again and i will. See ya soon❤

4 stars for cleanliness because the non-smoking room smelt like cigarettes. But they gave us a different room without any hassles.
The Beaverhead Lodge

We spent one night in the Family Suite and we are so glad we booked our stay. This hotel is unlike any other in Dillon. The suite has such a welcoming feel with touches of the West sprinkled throughout. The suite itself is large with a separate bedroom with two double beds and a mounted TV. The sitting room has a couch and a recliner along with a massive 52” screen TV which comes with streaming services (so basically every station a person could want). There is a kitchen table with seating for 4, a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove/oven and a microwave. There’s a large kitchen sink with ample counter space plus numerous cabinets for storage. The bathroom has a huge vanity and sink as well as an amazing shower. Breakfast is included in the stay and there were many options for us to choose from including scrambled eggs, cheese omelettes, two kinds of sausage as well as cereal, yogurt, assorted juices and coffee. The Lodge is across the street from the local Y and a quarter of a mile at most from a fishing pond with a walking path. This is a really quiet and pretty part of town so a perfect place for this Boutique Hotel.
Best Western Premier Helena Great Northern Hotel
4.6/5101 Reviews
We have stayed at the Great Northern multiple times a year for many years traveling for our children’s sporting events. After this last stay, I think it is time to check other options in Helena. I was less than pleased about the cleanliness of the room we arrived to- hairs on the bathroom floor (and a bead?), hairs in the tub, water (toothpaste?) sprayed on the mirror above the faucet, water marks all over the faucet, a very poorly cleaned toilet, dirty finger marks on the outside of the microwave, less than clean refrigerator, marks on the nightstand countertop. All of this came off when I took my own disinfecting wipes to these surfaces. I left for the sporting event we were attending, and after a day in the cold and rain returned to the room and found the thermostat was set at 55F. Freezing, I climbed into one of the two queen beds only to find it didn’t even have a duvet cover- only a very worn fleece blanket on top of the sheet. My daughter’s bed had a duvet. Our stay was for two nights; I opted to buy my own comforter at Costco for the second night as I was now less than confident in the level of cleanliness in what I would receive if I asked for one from the hotel. In addition to these issues, the room had a layer of dust on all the lamps, the headboards, etc. and the bathroom door would not shut. The staff was friendly, but when I relayed my concerns at checkout I didn’t get more than an “I’m sorry, what room.” After I left I realized I was given a receipt for the wrong room, so I’m sure nothing was addressed.
Quality Inn & Suites Bozeman

The city is not big, the hotel is not in the city center, close to the highway, McDonald's is opposite, there is a pizzeria not far from the car, there is no public laundry facilities, laundry is not convenient, breakfast is simple, bread, coffee, and meat Sausage is enough, I think it's OK as an airport transit hotel
Best Western Yellowstone Crossing

When I first walked into the hotel, it seemed fine. Lemonade and ice water was in the lobby, which was refreshing. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. Although the lobby and hallways were well air conditioned, the room was extremely warm. I turned on the air as cold as it would go and waited – nothing! It was so warm I jammed my room door open with a shoe and opened the window (on a hot end of June day – that’s how hot the room was) hoping for a cross breeze, as the hallway was nice and cool. It worked okay, but was awkward leaving our door open. Then we went to the pool. We noticed the pool was low; barely covering the top step, but quickly discovered why. Tiles were broken off along the top, so they had to keep the water below the broken off tiles. The top pool step was slimy and I almost slipped getting in. the entire bottom of the pool was chipping away, so you’re walking on granulated cement. The hot tub looked gross, was in the same shape as the pool and the jets did not work. Everything needs to be drained and fixed. Went back to the room; it was still too warm, but we had to close the drapes to keep from being blinded by the parking lot lights and the drapes blocked any breeze we may have had. And, who wants to sleep with their hotel door open?? I asked for a different room and was told “the air is broken and most, if not all, of the rooms have no air”. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, the water pressure was great (important because I have very long hair and if the water pressure is not strong enough, I can’t even wash it) and breakfast was a STANDARD BW breakfast and was okay (BW+ has a much better breakfast). I marked sleep quality as poor, even though beds were comfortable, because it was too hot to sleep well. I avoided this hotel on my way home and drove an extra 5 hours to a BW+ in Missoula. It cost more, but was well worth it!
Quality Inn & Suites Missoula
3.9/5102 Reviews
In Missoula for the class A basketball tourney. Got a room at the Quality Inn. Check in went smooth enough, but upon entering the room, it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We called the front desk, as we thought we got a non smoking from. The guy working the front desk, identified himself as “Cannon”, was very rude and condescending when we called and told him of the problem. Told us it was a non smoking hotel and that somebody before us must have smoked in the room. Like I said, he was rude and condescending and offered no solution to the issue. We requested he send housekeeping to try and do something about the smell, but he said there was no house keeping working. Told us all rooms were sold, and basically we had to just live with it. We will never stay there again and won’t recommend anybody stay there either. When my wife went t down to talk to him more about the issue, he hid in a back room and wouldn’t come out to talk to her until another guest walked in. He gave her him first name, and refused to give his last name. Very bad experience for me and my family.
