Fantastic food

I had eaten at a blue sushi restaurant in lincoln before but somehow the one is Austin was an even better food experience. It's vibe is upscale and relaxed. They are known for vegan and vegetarian friendly options as well along with usual options that you'd expect from a sushi place. The serving staff was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things and it's sourcing. They timely reminded us of what the ingredients were and if we had any allergies. This was my first time enjoying their happy hour. It's a great deal. My sake was $5 and they had 2 sashimi dishes (each at $10!) Both the Truffle Salmon and Yellowtail Serrano Sashimi dishes were excellent. If you can come by sooner.
