A fabulous walk along Linker Regnitzarm

This is our first visit to Bamberg. We went there mainly old town, a UNESCO Heritage site and Altes Rathaus (Bamberg Old Town Hall). Bamberg is being also nicknamed the "franconian Rome", because it lies on 7 hill. The town itself is best explored on foot. We are pleased to see small houses placed along a river bank and enhanced by reflections in river’s water. We made a fabulous walk there with many more magnificent observations. It is picturesque with a lovely river flowing through the town. Lots of photo opportunities and nice bars and restaurants. Well worth stopping off. #bamberg #germanytravel #couplestrip
