Chinese restaurant in a four-star hotel · Huayuan Hotel Chinese Restaurant Many of the diners here are hotel guests. The restaurant offers small dishes at affordable prices. Cai Ming's recommendations: Cold mixed daylily, cold mixed bitter gourd, blueberry yam, state banquet lion's head, vinegar carp, casserole mutton, oil meat, braised mutton, garlic spring vegetables (we made it into stir-fry, but it's also delicious), marrow oil filling oil cake (slightly greasy but delicious), bean filling oil cake, yellow rice cold cake (seasoned with sea buckthorn and sea buckthorn juice), brown sugar cake, pie (with pork and beef fillings). The hotel's service from the concierge to the front desk and then to the restaurant surpasses many international high-end chains. After dinner, my mother asked, "How is the accommodation here?"
