From the warm welcome to personalized attention throughout my stay, the service was impeccable. Every request was met with a smile, making me feel like a VIP. Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nestled in the heart of nature, Gaya Island Resort offers a secluded paradise with breathtaking views. The private beach access and proximity to the lush rainforest create a perfect balance between luxury and natural beauty. Rooms: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My villa was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with modern amenities. Waking up to the sounds of the rainforest and enjoying a sunset view from the private balcony were unforgettable experiences. Restaurants: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The resort's dining options surpassed all expectations. From delectable local cuisine to international delights, every meal was a culinary delight. The diverse menu, combined with the stunning views from the restaurants, made dining a memorable experience. Absolute highlight was the fine dining restaurant „Fisherman’s Cave“! Environment: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Gaya Island Resort is committed to sustainability and environmental conservation. The eco-friendly practices, coupled with the resort's integration into the natural surroundings, showcase a genuine dedication to preserving the beauty of this island. Price: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ At between 1200-1800RMB/night it was fantastic given the private location in the middle of an island in Borneo. Also, prices for food and drinks are reasonable at 100-200Rmb/person for dinner. In summary, Gaya Island Resort offers a five-star experience in every aspect.
